College Graduation for Sing Sing Inmates through Hudson Link

The prisoners at Sing Sing Prison in Ossining, NY are doing time, but not wasting their time. Through a privately funded program called Hudson Link, eligible prisoners are
earning degrees from Mercy College. RFL’s Dominic Carter attended graduation day to tell their story.
