I am so grateful for your honesty, dedication to teaching, authentic care to help all of us with our scoliosis life journey . You are a bright light. Thanks. Greetings from Canada. Chris
This is such valuable info! My scoliosis priorities are to feel strong and feel good, but it’s relieving to hear you say that it’s okay not to do certain exercises that don’t feel right to you even it may benefit someone with scoliosis. Going forward I am now going to shift into focusing on building a practice that feels right to me and evolving it as I go. Thank you so much for this video!
haha! I also Embraced Ashtanga & Jivamukti.& other styles too, but those were my go tos. Practicing righteously for yes also over 20 years. My teachers Loved that my body seemed to do everything so easily - But, I was Cheating! - on one side. Thank you for your wonderful video. My scoliosis journey has just begun in earnest at 50. And also - I ve been doing Pilates Tower classes with 🕵🏼♀️a very astute teacher the past 3 years and it Has Helped me tremendously. and of course - tons of research & learning from wonderful people like yourself ☺️
I have been following you on RUclips for many years, thanks for all you do for those of trying to avoid fusion surgery with yoga! My only wish is that you invest in a better microphone - I can understand you fine (and I love your accent) but many people who stop by your video, may not stay because the audio quality sounds like 1998.
