Is Porters Neck the Best Kept Secret in North Carolina?

I'm a 74 r old widow that is healthy, active and love to volnteer. I can't afford to purchase a home, but wondered if you could direct me in independent living communities in the Porters Neck area. I see Davis community, Porters Neck Village and I can't seem to find the other rentals.? My best friend is looking to purchase after helping her daughter and husband over into their new beautiful home in Hampstead...so I maybe able to have you assist her in finding one in Porters Neck...thank you, Lynda

Hi Linda! The apartments that have just been completed are a part of The Davis community and are called "The Residences". They certainly look nice and with amenities and restaurant on site (Ophelia's) it is a nice place to live. Separately, Beaumont Oaks does have some apartments that are nice and new but not associated with Davis or the other independent living communities. If we can ever help....let us know! 919-349-2220
