I actually think Miz's run was one of the best Elden Ring playthroughs I've ever seen. Man's RAW DOGGED the ENTIRE game with a blood hound fang, and pretty much NOTHING else, also, while streaming it with almost no sleep and a toxic AF chat.
Haven't watched the video yet, but if that's true then he's the first streamer i think i've seen truly beat elden ring. without getting chat to tell them the most op items/weapons to make the game a cakewalk, and also using summons

Not to brag 🤓 but this was my first souls game and I beat the tree sentinel with not level ups granted I was the confessor

There are probably tons of people who didn't, they fundamentally change the way the game is played. I like fighting Radahn one on one way more.

The bloodhound fang is a brilliant weapon, there's no downsides to using it for a playthrough.

@@T0FFII I used it for my first playthrough and towards the end you do feel like its kinda lackluster compared to more OP weapons like ROB, Blashphemous Blade etc
But I was too used to it to it and didnt wanna betray it at the end Lol

Watched parts of the stream, was really fun seeing him go over and over again. For his sake i wish he slept more, dude was going for 30+ hours straight at different points.
He really played very well from start to finnish.
Which makes it even weirder that he spent so much time on a gimmick boss like Rykard.
Experiencing most of the game will take a week, but if you only rush main bosses in 30 hour sessions it ofc won't take that long.
Genuinely my favorite playthrough of Elden Ring. Did not think that would be the case, but damn. Nice job, Miz.

47:00 Man, that choke was real. And then again on Radabeast. I assume you found the Ancestral Spirit but Fortissax, Astel and Mohg would have pushed you over 1500 deaths. Especially if we're talking the harder versions of Astel and Mohg. There are 4 remembrances among these 6 bosses. But since you found the game too easy, you should first try every boss in the DLC, there is a guy there that's as tough as malenia. Took me 10 hours without summons.

I gained massive respect for Mizkif with this Elden Ring marathon stream. I didn't expect him to show this much perseverance. Beat the game in 4 days and beat Malenia naked as well. Amazing stuff.

Never played elden ring or any scrolls game, should I get it, i’d like to try it out one day
Elden ring is my favorite game and I don’t even play souls likes just tried it for the hype was so much more than worth it
Scrolls game
Elden Ring is def the one to start with, as it's the most forgiving to new players. It gives you more freedom to level outside of bosses you struggle with to defeat them at a later date
Then from there, you can replay the game whilst not needing to do this, and getting better. At which point the Souls games are better to handle. Or you can do it this way from the start i n Elden Ring, like Miz, which feels more rewarding when you do it
And if you go for the latter, an alternative, is that you can do what many of us did, and raw dogged pure pain in one of the Souls games
If you want to try out a souls game this is the one, it can be as easy or as hard as you want it to be while you’re learning.

@@UserLuigi he is the last boss and is one of the boss that let's you enter the dlc, 2 years ago he was considered just an optional boss but after you beat the elder beast you were meant to beat mohg for he was the last boss

This was mostly impressive due to only sleeping for about 17 hours in the entire 100 hour stream. He was pretty under-levelled for almost every fight too.

After watching Iron Pinapple's overview of the dlc, it's waaaaaay harder than the base game, with no ways to go and over level yourself for fights you find too hard, although you didn't do that in base game so should be fine. However, the othe part of the increase in difficulty is because the dlc bosses are apparently a lot harder than those in the base game. And that's coming from iron pineapple who's a really good player when it comes to fromsoft games
Also, if anyone goes to Iron Pineapples review, and they don't want to be spoiled at all, then listen to the review instead of watching it, cause the entire review uses visuals from the dlc, even if the talking doesn't really spoil anything
