Could you help me out? I'm having an issue with my coolant bolt for some reason it doesn't tighten and the washers just move. Do I need a new bolt? Thanks

Nice work mate. That's good you just got thr top end to replace. Looked like bottom end has plenty of life left in it. Like they say if it's not broke dont fix it

I noticed that the piston didn't have those 2 tiny holes drilled,,looks like it's not necessary to drill some ?

  • @jonathandeleon2808

So every top end rebuild video I’ve seen has replaced the piston. Is it bad to reuse one?

Good video, I’ve always heard Not to hone a nicolsil plated cylinder though. Not sure if that’s true but figured i would mention it.

Just a light hone to put the x hatching back in and clean the cylinder.

I bought a basket case bike, I'm thinking it's a 80cc Suzuki, 2stroke, from the early to mid 80's it's missing the cylinder, and head, how can I Id the bike and get new parts? I got it with other stuff, I wasn't even going to mess with it, but it's in good shape, besides the missing parts, it's like it was setting since 1985, in a building, then someone was going to rebuild it , and moved. Loosing the parts, I also got a quad about the same year and size, it's in good shape, new tires. Decent shape, seems it just needs the basics to get it going after setting! It's a bit small for me, but I can still ride it , it maybe a 125, I think the bike is an 80, I doubt it's a 125, I can use advice, thanks,
