+shogunTHOT It was Pittard Sullivan who came up with the minimal style, according to a DesignInMotion article (via Internet Archive) it was Dale Everett (then-creative director at Pittard alongside Curt Doty) who made the suggestion that they should go with the B&W stills of stars.
