this strategy works if yu have a massive collection with basically every card in the game but for me i only have like 4 decks that i consider "complete" and i only barely have the dust to make them so its either disenchant the stuff now and actually make a finished deck i can play or have no fun playing a bunch of half assed decks

MoronicChunk1 This mainly applies to those who have a massive collection, for two reasons.
Either A: You have paid real money to access a huge amount of cards, which is fine, or
B: You are good enough at the game to continuously do arena with 7+ wins.
These two mean you don't want to spend more money on the game.

***** You don't have to get all 7s. You just have to be able to average 7 wins. Less sometimes is fine as long as you sometimes also get more. If you visit Twitch ever, you'll see that there are lots of infinite arena players. Krip once said he averages around 8, which is more than enough. For us commoners, near infinite arena (5-6 wins, which is much, much easier than 7 or 8) runs is good enough as long as you also occasionally do a quest.
MoronicChunk1 correction: this strategy works if you are very good at the game and you can consistently win 10+ in arena. Still, not many can do that.

After I watched this video, I started saving up all my cards, and now 2 years later there are finally nerfs ! I counted up all the dust I would get and its 8k dust ! that is more dust then I ever got, from just a handful of cards, Thanks Kripp !

8k dust?... is that excluding the normal 25% you wouldve gotten from those cards over those two years? (2k?) because 6k dust is crap for that long of a time going without a legendary or a handful of epics. And i presume you have thousands of dust saved still if youre still using this method... meaning you could just craft the best legendary(s) for one of your decks and earn far more gold from wins which gets you more new cards, meaning more new dust...

I'm kind of disappointed. This is hardly a strategy. The only thing the video explains is that the only way to get even remotely close to the amount of cards and dust that you have, is to play countless games of arena with at least 6 wins every time. Now I actually feel more depressed after watching this.

Well as you can see he has over 250k subs, yet his videos barely get over 20,000 views. Not that many people actually care about or like Kripp. And I can't really imagine him getting much donations too. And also recently he has not been casting or making any tournaments.
Once upon a time Kripp was famous. He is not anymore, yet he thinks he is.
Denis Velev what makes you think that he thinks himself "bigger" than he is? Kripp got big when his Hearthstone stream consistently had the most viewers of all the hearthstone streams.
And regarding tournaments and casting, maybe it's just me (I'm willing to believe it is) but I don't understand why anyone cares about HS tournaments other than the people getting paid to be there. I watched a couple of fight nights or whatever that was, and it was autism-inducing. It was like watching 12 year olds put together a show about how much they like pokemon. And it boiled down to "my trick deck against your trick deck, who will the RNG shuffler give their trick first".
Am I wrong? Are HS tournaments inspiring/entertaining events?
Welp now with new expansion I calculate that will take an efficent 10 years of arena grinding to get that and all the new 130 something cards!

By all i mean x2 of golden common, golden rare, golden epic and x1 of all golden legendaries
I don't see the efficiency in this. I'm not really good at arena. So it it more worth it to spent gold on packs?? And, is it more worth it to use real money or gold on adventures??

I just calculated how it would cost enchanting all the golden cards and I got you "only" need 743.200 (700k) to enchant a complete golden set, including Naxxramas and Black Rock Mountain. Think I'm gonna do it later -Kappa-.

Don't get me wrong, i think he is ok dude, but waiting for these nerf moments is kinda ridiculous with that much dust, unless Blizzard make a 200+card patch, even then i think he would be able to get all the golden good cards.

Btw, My strategy is to disenchant only the commons unless those commons can be argued as overpowered. That way even if they do nerf a balanced common, it's not as much of a loss as nerfing a rare or higher. I'm also a bit impatient to get certain cards.

Kripp you really should have a block system since new expansions come out all the time. Like for instance you can gold all the adventure cards since you'll never get them from packs.Then save up to gold an entire expansion instead of saving to gold every card in Hearthstone. I think this is a much more reasonable approach that will make you feel like you're making progress at the cost of a very small fraction of efficiency.

This was 2 years ago, ofcourse he can get that many cards when he does more than several arena runs a day in which he gets usually 8+wins, which results in a 100 gold profit and a pack in most cases. This means that every arena run is essentially 2 packs, and in a day this could amount to 10+ packs.
It's his job to play, so he spends more time playing than a lot of other people. With that said, maintaining a really high win rate in arena plays a big part.
you could just disenchant cards that will obviously never get changed because they are balanced the way they are... 4EX: Dr Balanced (jk, jk)

Really good strategy, I've been trying to figure out how to efficiently craft cards and since the chances are high to draw a card you crafted and make loss, I decided to only craft golden Epics or Legendaries, but as you said, you could even draw those, so I'll do it like you and just patiently wait until I have enough.
I also have the goal of getting every card in the game. My friends all say "disenchant the cards for classes you don't use" which would be everything except warlock (including neutral cards) I say "I'm going to treat this as a collectible card game." I like your plan, it is logically the most efficient way to go about disenchanting. But I'm not super patient and I barely have time to get my dailies done. For a while I was just buying tons of packs, then my friend (the 'noob' of the group) got his first legendary from arena even though he went 0-3. At the moment my only two legendaries are from the first wings of naxx and brm, which I saved my gold for. Talk about dumb luck xD

I learned this the hard way. I crafted a couple cards for my rogue to build up the deck a little. The next 3 arenas gave me 2 copies of each of the cards i crafted. I was pissed...

This might work for people that buy packs with real money, but as a f2p it's almost impossible to get all this extra cards unless you grind 24/7 in play/Arena and get a ludicrous amount of gold to buy packs.

Kripp's talking 250,000 dust here. Took me a week as a 2-month-old player to strategize enough of which GOLDEN cards to dust just to get to 1,605 so I could buy a Ragnaros before the Un'goro update so I get ALL the dust back PLUS the card(s) for free! LOL (Got 2 Azure Drake's, 2 Conceals, 2 Ice Lances etc..from packs too) Just so I'll get 2000 dust when Un'Goro releases, and you can bet I'll be building about 2 or 3 decent budget decks from that! This is DEF for guys who've been playing for YEARS or have spent 1000's of dollars on cards.
How does he have the "x9+" mark on some cards? i have a max of 2 of each (even in crafting mode), does he have some other version of hearthstone wtf?
Krip. Seriously, u spend a Lot of money already. Im playn hs long time and Dont spend money, and never had more then 500 dust. And u already Have all cards, except some goldens i think. If ppl donate while u streamin, u buy packs off camera. No One Can get so much dust, Gold of "grinding" . 3games = 10gold. 1 game 10-20 Minutes. So the game is "pay to Not waste time"

That's kinda the key, though. If you're not consistently getting good runs in arena and/or don't spend a lot of time doing it, this strategy will probably leave you without cards you need (in constructed) for years.
Blizzard doesn't buff things they only nerf and now they're just phasing expansions out so people can't get full values on dust disenchants. Why buff old cards anyways when P2Pers will just buy new cards every 6 months.
I never considered saving extra cards until they get nerfed. Its a cool tactic and I think I might start doing that.
how is he still missing cards? i bought i shit ton of packs and iam still grinding forever. he bought a shit ton of cards and plays everyday 8 hours. plus he only plays arena which give big rewards. makes me thinking i will never get all cards only playing ranked.
I like his strat, but theyve slowed Disenchanting so much, that your going to have to wait a long time. The last 2 nerfs were to accountbound cards, undertaker and warsong commander. So while this isnt an awful strat, it had more utility a year ago.

OneJacobOfMany Look at this video when he signs in, did you see that black box that said Eaglehorn bow had changed? That will happen when you sign in.
OneJacobOfMany Whenever there is a patch, it will tell you everything they patched in the patch notes. (You can tell when there is a patch because it will update when you go into Battle.net) Just look for card changes on the patch notes and it will tell you what got changed on what cards. Then just go on the game and It'll say "This card has been..." when you look at the card and you get full DE (disenchant) value. (btw if it doesn't say that, don't DE it, it might take a day or so to get full DE value)

Since you can't get the Naxx cards in future packs, you should just use some of that dust horde to craft all the expansion gold cards now. That way you get to enjoy them while working on the base set.
you either play 2000 hours or use hundreds of dollars will get you good cards

@kripparrian can we get a full update disenchant list guide i have never really disenchanted many cards so i dont know which cards are worth keeping and what is worth disenchanting but most of all i want to know what cards are absolutely worth just getting rid of cards i will never use even old cards
Not worth it anymore. It is worth it by itself if you're a collector or whatever but not anymore. Also, almost no one knows which cards has higher chances of nerf/buff.

There is a solution to your satisfy your audience just create a duplicate acct ya don't care about and hit the button. Lol but starting this game now is pretty difficult for new players like me on their 2nd week maybe. Vs those like yourself who've been playing for a long time. Even worse is when the game completely mismatches u against someone who's paid shit loads of $ into the game and u have absolutely zero % chance of winning and that happens about every 5 games and the game crashes every 3 games makes it frustrating as shit to play. Especially when you get no gold for winning! Wtf is up with that shit!? It's not like the players give gold or lose it so wtf shouldn't we be rewarded for every win!? That almost short integer overflow (programming variable exceeding it's limit, 65k for example) bugs me, i've seen a video of d/e a lot of cards, action which made the game crash. And this time Kripp almost got there, but won't d/e for me to find out :(.
ALWolf I call BS on that one. The standard integermaximum is like 4,3 billion in doubt someone had this many cards.
