That pause the druid took at the end of the video, after his Stormwind Champion got vaporized was the time he took to smash his head against his desk several times. He then managed to hit concede mere seconds before the brain damage got to him.
To this day, they're still not sure what: 'flamestrikes, flamestrikes everywhere, fucking VAPORIZE?!' means in the mental institution he's being held at.

I like how the druid thought long and hard how he could win the game. He remembers his decklist and the one bluegill warrior he has in his last 3 cards. He has nourish to draw all 3 cards. He thinks "I win if that secret is mirror entity, spellbender and duplicate. I lose if it is ice block, ice barrier and counter spell. Let's go for it" Nourish goes through, it's not counterspell. Play Bluegill, no mirror entity. A feeling of emptiness in his stomach, he ignores it. Kills the 0|2, not duplicate. He suddenly feels hot and cold. "I swear to go let it be spellbender", he thinks. And then vaporize hits him right in the face. "But nobody plays vaporize!" And he just sits there, dumbfounded, for 20 seconds.

I played a guy once who seemed like he played a Water Elemental every goddamn turn until I lost. It got so ridiculous that I had to add him and ask him how many he had in his deck.

That's why it's bullshit. Since you're comparing the two cards, think about it more thoroughly next time as opposed to posting a shitty comment only to get thumbs up from idiots who still laugh at fart jokes. ;)
+darksoul You wanna take it card by card? Let's do that then. Look at his hand when that comment gets made. He has two flamestrikes in hand. that alone is enough to clear the ironbark. Sure, it would take both and he'd need at least two turns for that, but he has multiple secrets on the board, a mirror entity which he could have used to block for the turns it took to play them, he had an Inventor so he has additional card draw options, and he doesn't even need to resort to that. He uses the yeti he drew on his turn and only one flame strike.
So think about your shitty analysis of my comment as opposed to trying to knock down someone making a point in a concise and simple manner rather than writing a dissertation on why him complaining about something being bullshit in his situation was bullshit in and of itself

I said card for card, ignore Yetis and everything else that you cannot play in the same turn with a flamestrike (or that gets removed by the leftover 2 mana from the Druid. 2 flamestrikes can clear one Ironbark? Listen to what the fuck you are saying, moron. You're paying 14 mana to receive 8 damage and leave a second Ironbark with 4 health on the board. I tried to help you but you are too fucking stupid to reason with. Don't waste my time again.
darksoul Did you even read what I said? He had mirror entity and plenty of other play options. Yeah, "card for card' a flame strike isnt as strong as an 8/8 creature, but it's not like those were the only cards. Hearthstone isn't a game "draw one card. who's is stronger, that guy wins" it's about all your cards together. What i said would have taken two turns to execute. Kripp still managed to do it in two turn with only one attack going off but using a different method based on what he managed to draw.
Plus, at the time the guy only had that Ironbark on the field. He had to spend nearly all his mana to play it and cant attack with it that turn. Kripp had plenty of counter play available and he pulled it off super fast.
So stop wasting both our times and think about the entire damn situation at hand before being like "this guy doesnt know shit about shit, i'mma teach him. hurr durr" you fucking moron.

The feeling you get when you vaporize the opponent's lethal, they have no mana to play anything else and they just pause. You know shit is being broken.
As someone who watched this video and then the entire run on Twitch... I can say that this video is well over an hour short on some of the more entertaining Hearthstone material I've seen. Couldn't stop laughing.

You would have lost if you chose Counterspell over that Vaporize in the draft.

he would have counterspelled Nourish and then not drawn the bluegill to kill the mirror image
Could be wrong, but I think counterspell sucks because it's too unpredictable.
You can play vaporize when your opponent only has big creatures on the board and hell try to rush you down. That can be a really strong card for 3 mana.
Counterspell is a gamble whether he's going to play a decisive spell in the following turns. It's very unpredictable.

This was a fun video to watch, and I love Kripp's decision to show us a match against a Druid, one of the classes Kripp admitted losing to, that way there's a real air of suspense.
I like how the excess of flamestrikes basically let you throw them around like they were toys. All of those flamestrikes you got were from other people's arena drafts where 1 or 2 flamestrikes would've turned a 7-8 win deck into a 12 win deck. You're a monster.

That guy literally had the counter deck, lots and lots of way above 4hp creatures. The manacurve must have been insane for that guy^^ Luckily it doesn't matter because - flamestrike.
