Your video frankly soothed my anxiety yet so relaxing and kinda put me to sleep hhhhh, it's like a glimpse of healthy happiness, and it cought my attention that they were almost no mention of toxic social media which obviously felt peaceful. You need to find something to do. :) I don’t just go to pubs alone to drink. I usually go to work, because the ambiance and of a pub makes me more creative. You can start by taking a notebook with you, sitting in the most secluded corner and doing some writing (or reading). Honestly, no one cares. I don’t know where you’re from but it’s a part of the culture here in England to just grab a beer and read a book after work (in a pub on your own). Anyway, to reiterate. Make sure that when you go out, it’s for a reason! Have something to occupy your mind. :)
Oh yeah! It should be relatively easy to do the same thing! I don’t know what you do in your free time or for a living, but honestly, just grabbing a book to read or a notebook should work. Do it once and you’ll see that it’s not that difficult! :) I really enjoy my time alone doing some writing in pubs. :)
I have issues due to heavy bleeding through my endometriosis and I feel fatigued all the time. Meat has helped with that. Having it makes me feel guilty tho, so not sure what to do. 😂 Iron pills don’t really help much.
