Thank you for showing other price points. I know folks don't like radiators but personally I think they are great. Thank you for showing the view around the unit. it looks great. Saving up to move and everything i've seen for apartment/condos is great and the crime is actually really low. I've in Saint Louis and this great. Thank you. Nice cars, nice are shows this is not a bad neighborhood. Nothing wrong at looking at 1bd apartments as this is a standard for all other 2b/2bath. Only thing I ask is how bad are the neighbors, as fibro is a thing for my family, I love seeing everything in Chicago.
What I can say about the large courtyard style buildings is that you can come across very noisy tenants. I noticed just walking through for the tour. I think it definitely depends on the neighborhood (which may raise price points). A smaller building (6-8 units) may result in less disturbance.
