@@taylahs.3808 yay!!! You're the first review on this recipe I've read so far :) Can I ask a small favor? Can you leave this review on this recipe on my website? Then others will know what to expect since it is so new :) I appreciate it! Here's a quick link...gentletummy.com/protein-cinnamon-rolls-greek-yogurt/#recipe
That's a great suggestion...I just added the measurements in grams for the dry ingredients to the recipe on my website. Yes, you can replace the 1/2 cup of protein powder by using a total of 2 cups (224g) of almond flour and 1 cup (128g) of tapioca flour. But you may need to adjust this slightly to get the same dough consistency I have in the video by adding a little more or less flour. Please let me know how they turn out :)
@@gentletummyThanks for the metric measurements. Could you sub the Greek yogurt with cottage cheese? And can the dough make a day ahead and bake off the next day?
I’m excited to make these. I’m curious to know the lineage of your last name…I’m an aspiring polyglot and social anthropologist. 😊 AnnMarie in Santa Barbara, California

@@gentletummy sure. 👍
Done.
What can you replace the protein powder with? It would be great if the flours are given in the metric measurements. I can’t wait to try this recipe.
