  • Hello World! This is the first video documenting my permanent commitment to an eating strategy I call the Holy Zig Zag. I am counting calories six days per week and eating whatever I want on the seventh day. It worked back in 2020 to help me drop 50 pounds for a weight loss contest, so if I make it permanent it should help me get to my goal weight of 270.
