I attended Judo clases during only a month (ONLY A MONTH)and it has been useful for many years. I remember when I fell , hitting my back. When I got up, I realized that I was completely OK. And then I saw that I had applied a Judo technique for falling. I did it authomatically. And then I thought with gratitude , thanking My Judo Sensei. I think that everybody should know at least a little bit of Judo or Aikido, for health protection.
It's AI narration and even if the Japanese technique names were used the pronunciation would be butchered by the AI synthesized narration. LOL even English words are being mispronounced.
Suggesting some lists of the best Judo matches in history either lists by decade or an overall list. Thanks in advance and keep it up from Puerto Rico.
So, as someone new to Judo, what the heck is an Ippon? Sometimes it is an over-the-hip throw, sometimes it looks like they fell down together and the guy who happened to land on top won [7:56, 11:48], sometimes a guy was just pushed down [12:07], sometimes the winner goes down first and pulls the loser down on top of him [5:10].
It started as an o soto gari and the rest was just making sure the opponent cannot catch himself mid fall. Don’t think there was something worth naming. I could be wrong though, my time training judo is over 20 years in the past.
If it feels difficult, either do more training or choose a different technique. If you have to think it’s not going to work in a competition, you have to feel the right moment to do it and then act with your reflexes. But generally this is very effective in competition, my brother won several matches (regional level) within seconds and you see it quite often in higher level matches too. I like it.

I have done judo for 9 yrs on of the best desiccation of my life
This video would be much better either without commentary or with a voice
The commentary wouldn't have been that bad. It's the fact the the voice is ai and there's too much commentary
I once tried to throw like an Olympian and failed. What I learned was that they're on strength, speed, and technique levels far beyond normal.
It would have been great if the presenter used judo language for the throws
It's AI narration and even if the Japanese technique names were used the pronunciation would be butchered by the AI synthesized narration. LOL even English words are being mispronounced.
Why the robot voice?

It’s Teddy Ree-Near! Teddy has 3 Olympic gold medals and you don’t have him in here!
He should study to put more respect to his opponents and then he will be in videos like that.
@@vano133945 "Attack in the back when matte" Tushishvili is there...
this video no needs any explaination, just watching is good enough
I can’t conceive how to perform 90% of these, but they’re pulling them off at speed and under pressure

Ippon is called any successful technique that ends the match immediately. There are many of them.
2 Shoulders put on the ground in the same time.
This video is better with the sound muted so we don’t have to hear the robot mangle Japanese terms.
Beautiful video
Come back after watching Men's under 60kg final in 2008 Beijing Olympic. That defines what real power slam is.

What is the name of the one with the belt grab at about 5:10?

I have had the good fortune to be taught Nakaya version of ippon seoi nage many moons ago.
Very difficult to apply in competition

5:23 Litvinenko❤
Elnur Mammadlı done the best gold ippon ever
that 3:30 throw is pretty nuts
Teddy riner 11 times world champion and probably the Best of all time only appear defeated by kageura... bullshit.
I miss ippon Noel van t end vs madjov semi final wc 2019 -90
Un Kata guruma..
Hum... You forgot a lot, for me. Kim Young Jeon or Angelo Parisi, for example, and a lot of others... Maybe Riner too... But it's only my opinion...
Koga had a Sode Tsuri Komi Goshi against a judoka from Romania..
There is one mor most popular ippon by Rishod Sobirov uzbekistan. Turns his opponent in his head
8:48 Donmai
You totally forgot OS 1964 Tokyo, where Geesink humiliated his opponent who was regarded a God in Japan.
CG voice can't pronounce Seoinage then you shouldn't use ur.
No Teddy Riner, the greatest of all time. No point, and the robotic voice is horrible.
Lol. One-handed ippon seoi-nage by Toshihiko Koga vs Su Li Chang on World Championship 1989 not included...
STOP COMMENTING
Too many throws here that don't really deserve an ippon .
Throw the AI voice for Ippon.
Com tanto gossto
2:44 He could have killed him!
It’s not a crazy ippons
Do you know Sanjaasuren Myaragchaa watch to him.His real a crazy ippon of master
Correct....whos writing this shit...the judo speaks FOR ITSELF....
The AI-generated commentary is just pure absurdity!!
sounds like ai tried to read the script kek
another robotic video
AI voice over ruins this
Turn off the inane commentary and enjoy!

Why the robot voice?
