This title is outta pocket and I’m here for it 😂
It’s not though 💀💀💀
Lmao how
Lol
Frfr 😂😂😂😂😂

A hairstylist here on youtube named CynDoll said "to whom much is given, much is required" And that was just what I needed to hear about my curly hair 😁
When ms cyn doll ends her sentences with “Gurrr” ✊🏾😂>>>
No u didn’t just take an age old adage verse from the BIBLE and credit it to a RUclipsr lmfao. That’s like 12:48

@@cecemimi101 😂😂
Now you know that we have to use water with products for it to work on our hair! You really put that moose on dry! 😂😂😂
Lol what’s what I thought too. I think starting off with soaking wet will always work best as the hair is already more defined and the moose would hold it better
He really did 😅
It's almost as if he's trying to be derogatory and xenophobic on purpose 🙄
@@martineaaahhh7326 you're just throwing words out there hoping they make sense. How is he being derogatory or xenophobic? Get a grip. 🙄
Her kno if it was a black mousse he wouldn’t have done that😒
Camille Rose Mousse and The Doux Mousse Def are for US. They work as they should. One product, shine, moisture, fast dry!
Yes and The Doux wasn’t for me, and that’s ok! I used it twice, knew it was too much for my hair and took right over to my neighbor. She loves it for her 4c coils. I’m still a cream/gel girl, but I might try the mousse he tried. Maybe. 😒
TGIN has mousse that works great as well!
Thank you for this cuz I can’t wear my curls without looking crazy lol
I tried the doux and my scalp mad itchy and there was 0 definition when it dried🥲 I might try some of the recommended tho!
@ampthemilkit was a long time ago, but I remember my hair felt sticky, but when I used less I wasn’t getting the definition other products provide me. My hair didn’t have enough structure (2b/3a) for the product. I haven’t used the mousse in the video because I am slowly working through the products I have before I buy more.
I had a white girl compliment my curls one time then asked me about how I style it then she was like "oh, you have to use products to get it to look like that? Then it's not really natural if you have to use chemicals." B*tch, my products are natural and nourishing for my ethnic hair! And that was not the only incident I've had with people making ignorant comments about my hair. Some people...
That white girl gonna get slapped one day and I'm gonna laugh.
This girl didn't realize that if your hair wasn't naturally curly, those products wouldn't magically make it curly. That's not how it works babe.
that’s such a stupid comment. like girl what
@@blueismylove3128 I think the woman just didn't want to give the original poster credit for having naturally pretty hair. I suspect that, to her, the only way a Black woman can have nice hair is with the use of strong chemicals and styling tools. Our is 'naturally' ugly, otherwise. She was probably dishonestly equating that poster's products to relaxers.
I’m an avid believer on keeping my hair dripping wet while styling and using a leave-in before using a styler. Mousse for sure is not a stand alone product on type 3 and 4 hair. For me the formula is leave-in, mousse, gel. Leave-in gives me moisture, gel gives me definition, and a little bit of mousse gives me bounce. If all 3 were Destiny’s Child, mousse would be Michelle
Depends on the mouse you’re using. Mousse Def from the Doux. That is a one product thing. It holds almost like a gel.
@@icoleman150 that’s the one I also use. It’s fine as a main styler but I like definition so I still use it with a gel or cream
This is such a funny way to describe mousse but i 100% understand 😭
So is the gel Beyonce? This comparison is hilarious
@@vaneshcaa as much as I don’t like Beyoncé (I said what I said) she does hold the show together
Will!! The title is so bold 😂😂 I love you!
THE ONLY MOUSSE THAT IS THE TRUTH (ever since i became a three step convert) IS THE DOUX MOUSSE. and if you really want extra extra extra hold (which i personally find it too much for me) you can add the doux big poppa on top. CHEFS KISS!
Can we plz get a thumbs up for the consistency tho? I'm loving seeing more of Will 😁❤
In the beginning it was giving "all lives matter" then at the end it gave...what it gave. 🤣
I used white people mousse in high school but it actually worked for me. It was the Aussie one in the purple bottle. Can confirm though my hair always had to be SOAKED first lol
Aussie is bussin! Every product I use for wash day has changed EXCEPT for my Aussie deep conditioner. And I'll never let it go. Never not ever.
Giving Libby?? As in Libby from Jimmy Neutron?? I always think about her when I do my hair..
yup lmao.....natural hair queen!
I use ORS olive oil mousse on my hair and it really defines my curls. I do it in the shower, wet hair.
I'm black btw.. Zambian.
"It's giving Libby" 😂😂 this had me CRACKING UP because guys. I'm a black girl living in the suburbs and I have two best friends called Becky and Libby (They white) and it makes me laugh but I can't tell them why
I feel like the mousse is to set the hair so would most likely do the best on wet hair then applied in. Cause I know a lot of type 3 people use mousse in their routine to set rather than on its own
This is so true. I have 3 C curls. I use Pantene and Jane Carter mousse.
It’s to set with wet hair and rollers
So true. I use a leave in on soaking wet hair and then a mouse as my styling product.
I got bullied for using “white peoples mousse” when I was younger 🙄😭. You have to use A LOT of it for it to work for us. 😂😂
Not two back to back uploads! You spoilin us Will ☺️
If you really want a mousse that you can use for a wash and go, I’ll suggest design essentials (almond and avocado line). It’s the best out there imo 🤷🏽♀️
yessss I love their almond and avocado line. it really helps with detangling my hair and its hella moisturizing
I love the doux mousse! Mos def & the new honey are AMAZING
@@Zara-dq2tu it’s their best line for sure 💁🏽♀️
@@floralendurance I want to like the mousse so bad but the smell was eh to me and I was underwhelmed 😭their big poppa gel is nice though and I wanna try out their new custard but it’s hard to find rn. Is the mousse from that line better than the original?
@@__Selena__ the mousse from the honey line is so much better yes. A wash & go can last me two weeks with refreshing with water
I recently started going for more lighter products because they help define my hair without weighing it down
right...that's why I'm exploring mousse options! What have you been using. Put us on!
@@WillOnAWhim I hope you find your right combination soon!
@@WillOnAWhim my hair isn't as kinky as yours but for my hair type, I started using spray on leave in conditioner and a softer/more liquidus styling gel. And then some almond oil after my hair dries.
@@WillOnAWhim I gotchu. Hairitage Have It All Curl Enhancing Foam
I love the Doux mousse
poor will, he certainly tried in good spirit 😭 I am loving the bisexual lighting™ backdrop though lol
You're right! IN the beginning, he did have the bi colors going on. Love it! #bisexual
I got so hype getting this post notification 💕 hey will!!!!!!!
"White people juice" LMAOOOO
I didn’t know there was a difference in “white people” mousse. My hair has never liked mousse regardless if the brand was marketed to black people or not. My hair likes gels.
Listen, I tried to explain the concept of white people mousse to my cousin last summer and she just looked at me like I was crazy. Black people mousse is heavier/wetter and that helps our curls/kinks pop. White people mousse is too light and fluffy to do anything to my 4b/4c hair and I learned that the hard way while I was vacationing in Mexico. Luckily someone else in the group had some Black people mousse I could use.
Any product that I have to apply to soaking wet hair ends up leaving my hair soooo dry and crunchy once it air dries 😂😂😂 I definitely couldn’t use this mousse at all
Love this mousse for sets. It leaves my hair soft. I have other less expensive mousses I use now.
ngl the title made me chuckle💀✋🏾love ya so much will💗💗💗
Legend has it that Will is still applying mousse to this very day....
Started using ‘the doux’ mousse on wet hair and comb followed by a brief blow dry and that’s it! Works great with my short natural hair and they’re black owned! Definitely shouldn’t be this much work🤣 would love your review of that whole line also! It’s so cute but following instructions is imperative!
Definitely need more water. But also try The Doux, I was actually surprised with the results for my hair.
Listen… the title had me dead 😭 but you need to try Miche Beauty mousse! It’s amazing. Dries very quickly and definitely defines the curls for the girls. Lmao I’m glad that you realized that you need water!
protection against early onset wash day😭😭🤣🤣🤣
I’ve never laughed this hard on a hair video 😭😭😭😭
I have the same hair type and porosity as you, also fine hair lol but you be my go to hair channel bc your so authentic and goofy
10 seconds in n those lips are MOISTURISED DOWN omg. pls will what r u using? i need sum of that bc aquaphor is too expensive
I think he uses the Vaseline in the green container. He shows it all the time.
lip jelly from tower 28 in the color cashew!
@@EishaTaylore I use this too! But over top of that I recently got into this lip jelly from tower 28!
Love the consistency ! The titre.. lol So far the best mousse or foam that I 've seen working is the Doux's mousse à and lotto body foaming wrap. Are you planning to use other white mousse ?
Clicked so fast 🤣 I like mousse! (Wavy white people hair)
PS. All white people drugstore price styling products are awful. I said what I said.
Okay you got any mousse recs? I'm curious!
Joico, REF, EVO McGyver But just be aware that they don't give super crunchy hold, but rather a softer hold and definition. (in my experience)
you are not wrong on that!! I love the AG mousse gel. Works great on my hair!
I didn't hear what you said for like two full minutes because I was laughing my ass off at "potato juice"! 🤣🤣🤣
I love using it on my curly extentions. I just used it for a wash and go on a coily wig and dried it with a diffuser and it worked wonders. I love Aussie mousse that has been my go to for years childe.
Will baby, you need a lip gloss sponsorship bc that SHINE is blinding.
Will you never fail to make me laugh!
I’ve tried this product but like you I realized that it needs to work with dampish hair. Also what I use this with is along with Miss Jessie’s pillow soft curls, and some water, and when it dries it looks pretty good
I use the Dove curls defining mousse when my hair is soaking wet. I absolutely love it
Sorry, had to correct my spelling of mousse 😩😂
Dove curl is my fave too
When I saw white people mousse I cracked up
Try Nairobi mousse! That may work as well. It works really well with curls and kind of gets through your strands, it didn’t just sit on your head (from what I’ve experienced).
should i watch this and be late for work? it’s feeling like a strongggg yes
Man the Thunderstorm Sleep Sounds, and the Beach! 😚😴
Nah I can't tell you how much I love Will and his reactions lmaooooo💀💀
Wowww I find this video so interesting bc that mousse is my favourite for my 3b hair. It keeps my curls super defined literally all week. The thing is, I apply a leave-in conditioner and a cream before I apply the mousse (I then scrunch the cast with an oil when my hair is completely dry). I wonder how adding moisturizing products before could’ve affected your hair differently Will :) love you!!
Oh, good to know! Imma try that method, I have a full bottle just sitting in my house because I didn't really like it in the ways I tested it. Thank you for sharing!
@@BBaaaaa Oh you’re welcome!! I’m quite interested in what your results will look like, do you think you can share your thoughts after you try it out?? :)
Yes! I have the whole frizz-ease line and I use it all together and I love it.
I put it on when wet and it works so much better for me that way.
Lol that’s the kind of mouse I use on my braids to refresh them or something. I rather the tresemme one, green and black bottle
This whole video is straight hilarious! 😆 🤣 😂 ...and your facial expressions though, LOL.
Not Will trying hair product on BONE DRY HAIR 💀 wasn't even trying to give it a fair shot
As a mixed kid, I had to teach myself how to get my curls styled. I used to use wipipo products because I didn't know any better lol. I used to do my hair soaking wet, tons of moose and tons of hair spray. My hair was hard as hell, defined, but also like glued down. So glad I know more now :)
“ so that’s it for today’s video”
**angry pause**
😂😂😂
Sooo true! My aunts and cousins never used mousse. I’d only seen my homegirls in college from the NY/NJ/CT area use mousse. The only mousse products I’ve used are from Miche and Curlmix and I’ve always used them on wet hair. I’ve been yelling “ADD WATER!” for 5 minutes. 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😅 This video has been a ride.
Have you tried Camille Rose Honey Spiked Mousse?? It's become my go-to for wash day. I was hooked on the Doux, but it was too sticky for me. Mielle Organics is cool, but the Camille is a consistent fave these days.
I would love to see you try to use it as an extra step in between your leave in & gel when doing a wash & go. I've seen a few people do that & they seem to like what the extra step did for them.
Stick to BP mousse The Doux is an excellent choice. 😊
I've heard so much about the Doux
Yes the doux is the best mousse out there
@@WillOnAWhim please do a review Will🤗 I've been completing everytime I walk pass it at Target
I’m hollering at the name of the video. He ain’t lying yoooo🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is a super funny video. Will be having me cracking up
This product works well on my 3b curls
Mousse is something I would use along with my other hair care products like cream, gel & oil. Is just makes my curls bouncy for when I actually leave my puff down. I hate the crunch of hairspray when it's down. Hope this helps
I ain’t ‘eem watch the video yet and this title got me weeeeeak 😂
It's the let me put some more after copious amounts. I use the African pride moisture miracle rose water and argan oil curl mousse. I don't know how much of that is the actual title but it does it for me even without twisting. It holds and I do not have that type of hair but it works. Sometimes I use it for my puff. I always brush it through though.
I locd my hair, I'm over it 😹
When I wore my TWA the Hairitage- Have it all curl enhancer foam had me right
WILLLLL 😂 you be crackin me upppp!
That mouse is for “wavy” hair crunched up manually in a towel. Not actually curly or wavy hair
I currently use LottaBody Mousse on my son’s 3B hair.
Yeah most mousse needs to be applied after hair is wet. And it’s a styler so for us we need leave in or something before the mousse
I kinda saw that coming when you were about to smell it 😅😅😅 💀
John Frieda Dream Curls spray with a little of the serum on top used to be the truth when my hair was transitioning way back in the day before there were many natural hair or curly hair products.
Try the conditioner from John as a leave in trust me my hair has never been more moisturizing
I had hope at the end 🤣
The title made me instantly click 😂
I'm at 4:31 and I swear, Will done used almost the whole can on one section. 😂😂😂
Wait a minute. Then as soon as he reads, "use wide tooth comb" an ad pops up for ramen noodles. 💀💀💀😂😂
"dog with a blog" took me out ! 😂
I wish I had your hair Will. Mine has just given up and it's not growing. I love your channel, you're so freaking hilarious 😂
babe, your hair IS growing. i prome you
girl your hair always grows, you're just breaking off the length by not protecting your ends
@@darylenelorde8388 My hair is really, short. Maybe an inch in length. Is there protective styles for hair that short?
@@theresiasingleton7055 when my hair was that short, I just left it as a twa but I did continue with the 3 step method
@@theresiasingleton7055 My younger sister has really short hair. She wears it in braids most the time and it's grown her hair. I try to caution her about all the heat she put on it, but she has really coarse hair so it's durable and not easily damaged. Personally, I have bra-strap length, fine (but thick), high porosity hair. I love keeping my hair in twists or blown out with cold/lukewarm air, because I get the same results when I use hot air so why risk the damage? I found that keeping my hair stretched has helped it grown to mid-back length (had to do a large trim after I damaged it ripping down my twist 😫. NEVER again), but I also recognize not everyone can safely keep their hair stretched without using heat. That's why it's important to learn your hair porosity and width (fine, coarse, mid) and how thick it is, because it'll help determine how much your hair can handle before being damaged and how certain styles will look on you and how fast/slow your hair depletes moisture. My brother also has coarse hair that we flat ironed on 410⁰ 4 times in a row after he LOVED his results the first time he ever had it pressed. You would not be able to tell after he washed it out. It all bounced back, like nothing happened. Now if *I* did that, I wouldn't have any hair left on my damn head, because it's fine and more prone to damage, especially being high porosity.
Also, different styles require different care. I can never go longer than a week before my twist start itching and it needs washing, but my hair down is fine for maybe a couple days longer than a week.
I want to stress that you DO NOT NEED to style your hair everyday like some people be doing then complaining natural hair is too much. THEY doing too much. Try and choose a low effort, low tension style and wear that for a week or two before washing and changing the style. I also know I might get some hate for this, but it'd be beneficial to let go of "sleek" styling. They're fun and look nice (on some people) but our hair isn't really meant to be "sleeked" that's why people are flat ironing there hair to get it super flat. It's okay and is just as pretty to leave them edges alone and let your hair be it's puffy glorious self.
Literally will is saving the internet from itself. RUclips this is the internet. What is RUclips doing?
