An alternative to that "Vaseline body oil" is "Baby Gel Oil" with a different scent... so if its not sold in your country, just get the Baby Gel Oil and it does the same thing
The ors aloe shampoo is my favorite shampoo! And that vaseline gel oil is a classic but it has an equate brand alternative that is easier to rub in and smells like cupcakes
😅 and I loveeeeee the Sweet Orange Oil conditioner. Matter of fact lemme go grab some again. I left mine in my tub back home & chileeee haven’t used it since leaving a couple years ago 😅
That Aussie Moist (big purple bottle) shampoo and conditioner works pretty good, and its 6.98$ for the big bottles! The styler creams didn't work as well though.

The curling jelly has to be used damn near alone bc it flakes tho, but that was the best line for my fro in my broke college student days. That African Pride shampoo as described by Will seems to be like the ORIGINAL Creme of Nature shampoo. The OG in the white bottle with green lettering and a yellow top. I'm crossing my fingers because I miss the original CoN with slip like egg whites.
African pride has never worked for me. I love the Garnier Fructise shampoos, I don't care about no damn sulfates, I wanna be clean! I use their conditioner too or I buy those lil packates of deep conditioner, usually the Palmers coconut packets. For leave in conditioner, I use cantu the orange container. For scalp moisturisers I love Carols daughter products. I love to use camille rose products too if im getting fancy. I dont really use mouse and gel stylers cuz I rarely do wash and gos. My hair grown better in braids and protective styles so I focus on moisurizing and scalp health.
I love listening to a podcast called stuff you should know. It’s an educational podcast and I learn so much about random things and they make it easy to understand. I highly recommend it
During my wash day I typically just listen and watch stuff I normally would, wash day or not. One podcast I love in particular is called the Dead Meat Podcast where the hosts do in-depth reviews on horror movies and give tons of background info. Sometimes they do games the audience can participate in as well. It's just a fun chill time.
The belly laugh i let out at "that scalp was bucking like a horse". Love videos like this. While there's a lot of expensive products I like, sometimes my wallet says we need balance lol.
I hope you do a video one day trying hairspray. There are some natural/curly girls who do use hairspray after their styler when damp/wet, or after they have diffused. It really does help with hold and helps your wash and go last 💕 & oil sheen does help with shine or scrunching out the crunch if you don’t like oils/serums
Babyyyyy, hairspray on natural hair is a GAME CHANGER. I started using it in my routines and I’m never going back. Where I live it’s super humid but it helps keep my definition and volume. Idk why we never thought it was for naturals too lmaoo
I get the exact same haircut you do, I have an undercut with my hi top locs and I get my hair cut at my local barber college. I pay $9 for mine but I live in Ohio, but for such a simple haircut you might want to switch it up sometimes so check out your local barber college for a change.

The same thing happens to me whenever I wax or thread anything on my face. Breakouts! Man finding reasonably priced hair products is quite the thang. I spent literally 30-40 min on walmart's website looking for a clarifying shampoo. Finally bought some Maui clarifying shampoo, a head & shoulders royal oil shampoo (because of you), and the blue wetline gel (cause of you too). I have that matching African pride leave in, but the spray nozzle is awful so I have to pour it out.
You can use the Head and Shoulders derma X pro scalp essence - hair revitaliser day and night leave on for overnight or in-between washes to remove or stabilise the dandruff after your wash and go. The line also has shampoo conditioner and scalp essence for hydrating hair revitalising or sensitive hair.

After about 20-30 minutes, apply an acne spot treatment (salicylic acid, not benzoyl peroxide) where you were waxed. It will prevent the acne from happening. Do not let them put baby oil or anything heavy after the waxing. That should do the trick. 👍🏾

Definitely cheaper than buying the travel size And for shampoo, the franker fructose sleek and shine is forever. If I really want a deep scalp clean, I’ll add some to a squirt bottle with a little bit of peppermint oil. So good
Suave isn’t bad at all. I’m currently using the Coconut Oil Infusion in between a clarifying shampoo from Garnier Fructis. I would be interested to see you review a Suave or Suave’s Lush and Coily line, it always goes on rollback too.

I probably spend around $50-60 on haircare. Most of that goes towards the As I am Deep Conditioner ($16). Everything else sits under $10-15. I buy most of my hair products from TJMaxx. When I did spend under $20 I bought Aussie Conditioner and Pantene shampoo. I also used As I am Leave in Conditioner and castor oil from the beauty supply.
I've been using that suave shampoo in the green bottle for years. I really like it. I don’t have scalp issues though. And I gotta have me some wetline. She is bae for me.
I use African pride when I can’t use pattern. I’ve never used there 2in1 I’ve used there pre shampoo,leave in, shampoo, conditioner, and oil and they work great. The only 2in1 I use is head and shoulders when I need a deep cleaning. When I use pattern I normally buy there jumbettes because it can be pricey but this way I’m getting a bang for my buck and plus I normally use payments plan because I’ve never spent less than $300 when I restock and that’ll last me about 3 months
I'm a lifelong natural and I've used V05 Extra Body shampoo all my life! I need sulfates. The only sulfate-free shampoo I've ever liked was by Elucence and that company is long gone.

To help you with that residue in your scalp always use a clarifying shampoo first then turn around and use a slippery shampoo for moisture and detangling that should work😘

I need all the distraction I need from my arms burning during wash day. Also I use that oil too!! I use it with my lotion, body cream, and sunscreen for a little body concoction.

$10-15. I buy most of my hair products from TJMaxx. When I did spend under $20 I bought Aussie Conditioner and Pantene shampoo. I also used As I am Leave in Conditioner and castor oil from the beauty supply.

I use African pride when I can’t use pattern. I’ve never used there 2in1 I’ve used there pre shampoo,leave in, shampoo, conditioner, and oil and they work great. The only 2in1 I use is head and shoulders when I need a deep cleaning. When I use pattern I normally buy there jumbettes because it can be pricey but this way I’m getting a bang for my buck and plus I normally use payments plan because I’ve never spent less than $300 when I restock and that’ll last me about 3 months

I'm a lifelong natural and I've used V05 Extra Body shampoo all my life! I need sulfates. The only sulfate-free shampoo I've ever liked was by Elucence and that company is long gone.

To help you with that residue in your scalp always use a clarifying shampoo first then turn around and use a slippery shampoo for moisture and detangling that should work😘

YES please review Aunt Jackies !! I live in Europe so maybe the composition is different here but the leave ins dont mix with the elongating gel !!! I dont know if im doing something wrong but now I can only use the gel to sleek my hair when its dry…
