@@ericjutsu8391 Just use a delay with one or two voices (or delay regen set to none), and lastly set the delay time very low, or to about 10ms. That's all a doubler effect is, essentially. Sounds even better if you hard pan the wet (delay) on the left channel, and the dry on the right. Enjoy!
The cool thing about this amp sim, if you use the drop + the slaughter pedal and you increase the mids on it, the down pitched guitar will sound even more less muffled and more natural!
The Rev F is probably my favourite dual rec plugin at the minute, I’ve been stoked for this one, the fact there’s a decent Orange in there too just adds to it being must have for me. Wavemind haven’t missed with anything they’ve done so far. 2025 is going to be their year I reckon

I wondering the same question. Also, there are many other amp brands that deserve to be made a simulation of their amp products, like BadCat, RedSeven, Driftwood, etc.
At the moment i"m making a song with the ecocide amp, those cab ir"s in it maaan. And now i hear about this. Just mindblowing. There amps sound already better then neural dsp to my ears when recording.
Yeah man! Played with the trial for an hour and wow, this is something else. Great presets as well, a good foundation. The amps have a great feel to them when played. Really aggressive sounding, but still very controlled and musical. No worries playing inverted chords, great separation and bite, even at insane gain levels. There's a 25% off coupon right now. Here comes the Mastercard I guess... 🤣🤘🤘
The 5150 in this sounds great. Didn't really like pedals and the cabs but my favorite pedal and IRs this sounds killer especially for low tuned stuff. Love the smoothing function and internal comp as well. I don't quite understand what the limitations of the trial are but I hope I can use it more often. I think the Flashweaver is more of a Marshall sound.
Took my top spot over NDSP Gojira and the Otto Audio II II II. Coupled with Odeholm Drums= absolute brutality! Check out the band if you wanna know the inspiration. Little Deathcore mixed with a little Thall. Nice review!
Thanks the algorythm for showing me your video. Loved it!!! I just spent about 3 hours playing with this plugin. I still cant believe why does it sounds so fuggin metal!! Gotta ask, whats the difference bewteen the trial and the paid version?? I mean, i have the full thing with the trial. Standalone app, recording, multitracking, no muting. Did they just give the whole software away?
Holy balls, just downloaded the demo and this thing is nasty in a great way. Probably one of the most realistic sounding sims I've ever tried. Neural better step up their game because this is a metal masterpiece. Was really wanting to get the STL Tonality Josh Middleton for the amazing 5150 and the Mesa on that one, but this might have to come into my lineup instead....damn it's good.
@klap00 disagree. Different beast. Those two are great and I have Gojira as well as Petrucci. I like this one for a bit more of an over the top, raw tone that I find in some of today's metal core guitar tone. Stuff like Thrown, Spiritbox and so on. It's an exaggerated harsh tone and the pedals in this one nail that. The Neural stuff is still awesome this is just a different color in the box of crayons.
Great video🤘🏻 Just curious how you setup you interface i have the scarlett solo and with interface and plugin gain at 0 there is not enough signal. Asked wavemind and they said -6dbfs is 2.2dbu. When i set it up correctly it clips. Any help would be awesome🤘🏻🤘🏻
+1 here. I experimented with more output gain on the Scarlett and then turning down the input gain in the plugin (I do not have the "instrument" button activated on the Scarlett) and I find that the sound really changed and for the better. Tighter and with more headroom. There should be an Excel file somewhere on the internet with all the gain staging numbers for different interfaces...oh man...going into the weeds on this one 😀
@@TheMack yes the max input gain for the scarlett solo with 0 gain would be 12.5 dbu. It’s ok but there’s plenty of other in Amp Locker that I like way more. Just made a preset from the Reamp 2 with the Purple Nightmare, hyper drive, hm2, and two 3d cabs. One is from the low and massive pack and other is from the MesaOS with the LCF150 speaker and probably the best tones I’ve gotten so far out of any amp sim and I’ve used 100s of different amps from different plugins. The hm2 I have the gain and tone all the way down so don’t get a crazy chainsaw tone and hyper drive normal OD settings that everyone uses. Also the Berzerk amp is pretty awesome! Sorry for the long comment but I use Amp Locker almost always and it’s a great plugin for cheap.
@@MetalheadOv666 cool! Tried the berry yesterday. Its ok but you don't need it if you have deimos, 5606, sigma..... the Sigma is still my go to Amp. Tight, chuggy and good low end.
