Omg Miguel I’m dying of hunger by just looking at it wow bro this is by far the best sliders I’ve ever seen on RUclips. I’m definitely going to try this for sure. 👍🏿
Hi! I’m from Argentina and just a recommendation. Instead of using that bread, its even better with baguette style bread. Its a game changer! Vamos Argentina 🇦🇷

Guys, if you want the recipe, here it is: 𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 1 cup of water. 1 tablespoon of coarse salt. 1 head of garlic, with the cloves separated and peeled. 1 cup of fresh parsley. 2 cup of fresh (or dried) oregano leaves. 2 teaspoons ground chili bell pepper. 1/4 cup vinegar. 1/2 cup oil. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏 Prepare a brine. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add salt and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐 Chop the garlic into very small pieces and place in a bowl. Chop the parsley and oregano and add to the bowl. Add the ground chili. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑 Stir in the vinegar, then add the oil. Add the brine, stir and transfer to a jar that closes tightly. Keep in the refrigerator. Generally here in my country (Argentina), after preparing it, put the chimichurri in a jar and leave it in the refrigerator. You can use it for when you make grilled meat or chicken, or we also use it to put on Choripan (which is a grilled chorizo sandwich) and believe me, it's delicious. It is the best Argentinian dressing to accompany meat 🇦🇷❤️.
That’s looks good AF I CANT lie … Steak is also my favorite food , I love Ribeye which is my favorite steak 🥩 & I love my Ribeye with skin on the edges …
Provolone cheese with meat is a delicius combination, more if you add an argentinian chimichurri. I recommend if you can try the "provoleta" is a special cheese that is great for bbq

For the chimichurri my guess is
Parsely
Chili powder/ red pepper flakes
(Dried herbs) looks like herbes de provence
Garlic
Red wine vinegar
Olive oil
Usually oregano
@@KayJayFusion i considered that as well! Harder to tell when theyre dried i figured a safer guess would be a blend lol Herbes de provence may have oregano in it, im not sure though
The chimichurri uses sunflower oil
@@asiesyosoyelchavo maybe some people use that as an alternative? I dont see why it would need olive oil and sunflower oil lol
@@krismiskarol Because the flavour is not the same. Use it if you want, but the traditional recipe uses sunflower oil.
