However, this preserved pork will be a great share to my colleague who missed the dish I cooked at the office. The great thing about this preserved pork dish is the fact that the pork is smothered with spices before being placed in the glass jars and cooked in its own juices. This will be great for sandwiches and a perfect meal to break the fast in the morning. The wrap is a great meal for kids to take to school and enjoy during breaktime.
