Update on Ace - I have gotten him involved in playing some of the games ruclips.net/user/postUgkx1_veP7CApJK_GWy_TczaMciuG64PqJeU and I can see a difference in his confidence already! My other dog played along and he became intrigued - now its a daily part of our routine - about 3 times a day we do the shell game and the muffin tin game. I am so grateful for coming upon your training techniques!
*Great **dogy.training** lots of helpful instructions and ideas without being dictatorial. I like this writer's style a lot and we have found it more helpful than several of the other books that we got to help train our new puppy because of the detail he goes into.*
Try warmed up puppy formula! It is *much* tastier than bitter goats milk and the warmth will make it seem more like mama's milk. And they look like Rotti Huskies!

Goat's milk is for goats, dog milk is for puppies. No need to bottle feed them anyways, but when there is a need to bottle feed puppies, there is puppy milk for that!

No. That's the size most recommended for that breed 9f pup. Kittens need tint nipples. A mother dogs nipples get very large.

velvet toyz I agree because when most other RUclipsrs are doing it, it’s like they’re trying too hard to be funny. I can’t stand when it feels like their comedy is forced. Joey is naturally funny and entertaining.
Try puppy formula, they prefer the liquid over the powder. Readily available at most vets. Also, supplement Lark's diet with calcium, that's a lot of puppies sucking her dry.

100% agree that they should get the puppy special formula, even though I don’t think they need to be bottle feeding the puppies, she’ll be fine, it’s literally her job. They should also be mixing puppy food in with her adult food so all of the good stuff from that goes in the milk and help her and the puppies keep a good weight.

Bradi Rowan that’s not a thing I’ve ever heard of and I work with dogs lol. They should have her on a diet higher in fat content to help her keep up with producing the milk they need. They should only be doing that if they notice the puppy is underweight, not getting any milk etc, not to give her a break. Hopefully she won’t get lazy on them and not let them feed if she notices they’re doing it for her:/

Rather than goat milk, I would recommend a special formula for puppies, because the formula has what the puppies need, like fat, proteins, and nutrients that are designed especially for dogs

No they don't need a smaller top. It's the same size as Lark's nipples, that's not the issue. The issue is either the milk not being warm enough or the bottle nipple having a weird smell/taste from not being washed enough or from being washed with smelly soap.

Lps Diamond Rain I have such a heart for big dogs! My parents got a German Shepard puppy when I was in high school and she is now about 4 years old and I absolutely adore her! I can’t get a dog until I’m out of college though. I live in a very small apartment where the pet rent/deposit is to expensive for me to pay, let alone the cost of the dog. Anyway, I hope you enjoy your gorgeous pup!
@@baileelake8381 oh yeah but just remember get a big yard if you get a big boi cause they love to run! My dog (Titan) is an older doggo and he STILL loves to run with all his heart! Just don't get them into bad habits and let them do stuff freely cause my family regrets it😂 but anyway big dogs are also very warm if they sit on you even tho it feels as though they are squishing you😂

A tip for Wolfy. If he doesn't want to eat mix some hot (not to hot ofcours) water with the food. If you do that his food will get more smell(y). For huskys it's pretty normal for not wanting their dry food. Also Akita's. Mine akitaXhusky downs want to eat her dry food somstimes. And this works really good. Sometimes we mix some coconut oil with he dry food. Especially if her nose is a bit dry :)

It probably take two weeks then they probably open there eyes and then maybe 7 weeks there eyes will develop and function properly and there eyesight begin to approach normal

Why are you bottle feeding? That's only when mom is not available...
He's bittle feeding thwm because the pups will make the mums nipples sore and it helps relieve the stress of the mother. Also gives joey a bit of bonding time. Its alright for him to do it but he needs puppy formula

Dogs are made for this. Mom gives them antibodies to prevent disease... also, there is zero reason to breed. Do you know how many shelter dogs there are? For every puppy, hundreds of dogs are killed in the shelter.

@@dexter928 she is a first time mom. Joey wants to help relieve stress from her and with 7 puppies it eill be hard at feeding times becaise some might not be able to get to the nipple or the other pups might hog it. Thats why joey steps in... where do strays come into this convo 🤦♂️

ROHO RILEY BOIS my friend broke a part of her foot and they gave her a whole leg cast, the reason is because the less movement helps the nerves regrow and grow stronger. Maybe it’s the same case with the finger 🤷🏼♀️
ROHO RILEY BOIS No, depending on where you broke the finger and how bad it is you could need an arm cast. Other than that you would need a finger brace. As far as I know just bandages wouldn’t really help a broken bone.

You need to use the milk that is specifically formulated for puppies. Goat's milk isn't going to give them the nutrients they need. Go to your vet and get recommendations.

I agree. Unless instructed by the vet additional feeding is necessary, Lark will do it, she knows what she is doing. She will even wean the puppies when its due. Spend the extra $$$ on feeding Lark to keep up milk production.
Can we all just remember how big wolf, storm and lark was at around 8 weeks and how big the puppies are at 1 week
