Because some refs hate their jobs or life's.. that they will actually pick sides to go after, all sports need to find better refs who don't pick sides. Its frustrating to see bad refs not call stuff. I remeber one of my games, I had a reff who were shades during the game.. I scored a goal but the goalie had his back to the ref and pulled the ball out.. I was pissed and when it all settled down.. then everyone agreed it was a goal.. I was so pissed. Refs like that ruin the game.

Then Maryland had two goals in the last few minutes, one being after the Maryland guy started practically checking the Michigan guy. Willingly or unconsciously, other men just have a hard time with that and you can feel it in their decisions or evaluations of Ronaldo. They get fouled more often yes but in terms of individual bad calls they don’t get it more or less then anyone else.
