This is another example of what a kind and sensitive person Johnny is. Standing up for someone who's extremely vulnerable, that is a kind heart ❤ Sounds like Rocky needed to be shut down and made to apologize to a number of people over his behaviors that night! But, like Amber, he wants to take advantage of the situation Johnny was in following Amber's accusations and try to get some $$ from him. I bet he didn't count on Johnny having a hands-down win against Amber, where it was proven he wasn't a violent and aggressive person!! I hope Rocky walked away with nothing because that's all opportinusts who treat vulnerable people so poorly deserve!! He needs to take lessons on respect from the real star!!

It's so true, poor Johnny, a friend of mine went thru a similar nasty divorce, obviously she's not famous but it was one for the books, she was only 38 but she started gaining weight and losing her hair due to all the horrible stress and anxiety he caused her, she wasn't leaving her couch, was stress eating late at night and hardy slept,
But as soon as the divorce was final and the judge ruled in her favor after everything her ex put her thru, she began losing the weight and was back in shape after 2 yrs, her hair grew back and she moved to a new apt , it's amazing how much depression and stress ages u!
This she devil took 6 yrs of his life that he can never get back, smh

That is my reaction too. In the Turd interview where they show him smiling and happy about their engagement he looked so fresh and youthful. That woman almost got what she set out to do and wrecked him. Glad he found the inner strength to fight her in court

Umm… I’ve seen many people age more quickly due to stress.
Johnny has an album coming out and a French movie set to film this August. It’s very likely that he didn’t want to cause delay and impact the people involved in the production. He’s ending this shit in order to move ahead with his projects. Also, the French director of his new movie funded most of the cost of production herself so it’s likely that Johnny couldn’t let her bear any financial loss if he’s tied up in court with Brook.

Settlement can occur just so that the 'drain' of finances/lawyer fees++ dispurses for now and everyone can 'move on'...

Dear sweet Johnny, please stay away from ALL people with the name of "Rocky" They seem to want to $$$$ grab from you.
None of these sites mention one of the defenses that Johnny had which was that Rocky was mistreating a homeless woman and Johnny came to her defense, which led to the altercation. Can't say that is the truth, but that sounds more like JD than the story Rocky gave.

So lemme get this straight: Brooks has his hackles up about something, unknown to us what it was, with a security staff about, a set monitor tells him he needs to cool off, he doesn't, and 15 minutes later he verbally assaults a vulnerable homeless woman, most plausibly unwarranted, Johnny, being the humanitarian that he is steps in to defend her, and gets sued by this clown for whatever "distress" he underwent because of it? They're all on a professional set, Johnny is conscious of what is and is not proper set behavior, and there was a time constraint on that night, so let's play Devil's Advocate here with that knowledge in mind: Let's just say, for the sake of argument, that he *did* sucker punch Rocky over the matter. Given what we know about Johnny's awareness of the conditions of the set at that moment...how HORRIBLY would Rocky had to've been abusing this woman for Johnny to've taken this extreme measure in order to set Rocky straight on the scenario? Seems t'me that it would've had to've been pretty damn bad for him to've chosen this course of action....IF...a giant IF that's how it went down. So Rocky, still being the one in the wrong and the catalyst for the whole scene, sees dollar signs because he knows Johnny's fiscal value, and decides to continue his tour of douchebaggery, by doing what swindlers do in this country...baselessly SUE; never once taking into consideration that, for whatever "distress" this p*ssy had over being knocked in the gut once (something tells me this probably wasn't the first time this ass has been punched over his behavior, but that's another matter), that the woman he assaulted didn't deserve the treatment he dished out to her!

It didn't go down like Rocky said at all, and Johnny's a magnet for grifters making shit up, or exaggerating situations to such epic proportions in order to make a payday off of him; the world has ALWAYS been overstuffed with people who try to tear down good people who've succeeded after having come from nothing and are doing good with their lives! It's a sick, sick world!
So then, after probably one of *the* most stressful decades of his life, Johnny is *finally* digging himself out from under the rubble, dusting himself off, and getting on with his life and work...and as such, just doesn't have TIME to waste on some trivial crap as this, decides to just call it a day, and settles out of court so he can do just that, continue to get on with his life..it isn't worth it for him to waste any more time on such trite garbage by going to trial again on the heels of breaking free of his psycho ex. So then of COURSE we then have the likes of Militant Minion Eve Barlow obsessing over Johnny's every move on Twitter and continuing to wage war with him, claiming that the only reason he's settling is because he's "guilty"...there couldn't POSSIBLY be another reason why he's settling, in her thick skull! The whole thing is SUCH crap, and full of holes which don't hold an *ounce* of water, and really shows just how much inner strength and fortitude Johnny has to withstand it all! I don't see how he could possibly come back to the U.S. after all of this undeserved mortar shelling of him!
