When I entered the world of Vice City I thought I will move the dope, but then I realized I can move the cones
This does work but it is not a glitch. The Cone Crazy side mission was designed like this: each time you complete the mission the reward you receive is double the previous record's reward, but only if you set a new record.
It’s more of an exploit

for some reason I had to do up to 15 seconds which gave me that exact money and trophy cannoli and 15 seconds was cutting it very short, started from the last ring ending at the ramp at full speed lol

I did it but messed up. I have 55,170$. I could re-continue after first mission, I hope. Maybe side missions. Once I get 1 business going I can mess around & keep collecting. But this strategy is slick 💰
So can you save after doing the 7 runs at 00:00 ?

u can save at any point and it will remember where u left off.

Still works although the pier gate is invisible but you can still glitch through it

@@JavveRinne I got lucky in a way, did the update on the definitive version which messed my save up just before I did cone crazy so I was able to do it again

@Steven Acosta so I found my comment from 5yrs ago about how to do this a little bit better.
There is a much easier method to doing cone crazy than yours. All you have to do is finish cone crazy with 0 secs left (trust me, it works) 7 times, then do the 1 sec thing. By doing it this way, you'll reach 10mil without having to do cone crazy with 16 sec left on the clock.
Maybe later I will upload a video of my run and how I go about doing it because once you get into the later stages you have to manipulate the parking lot by moving the cones with your car to make it easier to speed thru it

You need to set a new record for the money to go up, if you don't, they will only give you 200$
is this side game only available once or throughout the game?
This mission only award you twice of your previous reward if you beat your last record. If you slower than your previous record, it only reward you $200
You can do this mission as many times as you want

As of 12/22/23 Still works, made up to 400 million with a record of 8 seconds, you can possibly get up to a billion if you consistently edge by the milliseconds but obviously optional

Save the game and load the save then go straight to the garage and it will be there.
So you do 23 tries total?
No, Its 7 try’s where you end the run with 0 secs on the clock and then another 9 runs where you finish the run with 1 second increments left on the clock so 1st run 1 sec left, 2nd run 2 secs left, etc. Until you get to the 9th attempt where you finish with 9 secs on the clock.

I see this comment is old already, so you've probably figured it out, but you need to beat your best record in order to receive double reward. If you're getting 200$ it means you're not beating your previous record.
If this is a glitch does that mean I won’t get trophies/achievements?
It's not a glitch it's exploiting an in game mechanic. Perfectly legal and not considered "cheating"

I'll Give You an eazier option :
Step 1: Spawn a PANZER using cheat
Step 2: Enter the tank and Toggle Vigilante Mission
Step 3: Get out and Walk away a dew distance
Step 4: Activate BIG BANG cheat and receive reward
(Keep in mind that the reward goes higher everytime You complete tje mission)
Step 5: Repeat Steps 1-4 and see rhe magic. Yoi can even reach Billions if You want.
your option is useless because using cheats disables the trophies and that's the whole point of it.
By maxing money without cheats, you gon unlock a trophy that is important for the platinum.

did you do the first 7 on 0 seconds then continue by 1 second 2,3,4,5 etc up to what you can? i was only able to do to 13 seconds moneys went up to 209,715,793 and thats plenty for me but you can do 999,999,999

You need to keep shaving seconds off cause youre missing something. You probably finished a run 1 second early and it threw you off. Same thing happened to me
