Just so its clear, I never try to / claim to include literally EVERY easter egg in any given video, but from your guy's comments its clear I missed a lot more details than I'd have preferred.
You still did admirably fine though, most people don't know about the Golden Gun or the Klobbe for example and I didn't know about the Orange one at all
I still enjoyed the video, besides, if you were to include all Easter Eggs and references in this game, the video would be like an hour long lol
"A Farewell" sounds like you were going to leave RUclips haha, or like the last easter egg video
tbh I didn't even realize this game had DLC, just got in on steam on day.

seriously, one of the updates was called "Advanced Gungeons and Draguns".
can't get more obvious than that. there's also slimes in the shape of D20s, and the Flame Hand, a possible reference to "Burning Hands", a spell that shoots fire from your character's hands.
it's also possible the Witch Pistol is a reference to Bayonetta, and in regards to Star Wars: the hegemony rifle is an obvious reference to Stormtroopers and their hilariously inaccurate aim and the fact Obi Wan tried to say otherwise in A New Hope.
The Beholster is also a reference to an enemy in D&D called the Beholder, and the Eye of the Beholster’s gun’s splash text “What a beauty!” is a reference to the phrase “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”.
Lets get a Tarrasque..teleport it 10 feet away from Thanos. Survive THIS testicle-chin!!

One reference I guess many miss is the "Melting Rock", which references the character Melting from Nuclear Throne, both in name and ability. It's used to cause enemy corpses to explode and even the description mentions that it was created from a "soul in agony," which is what Melting is or was.

Incorrect, the Orange is actually a Sprite designed to look like a 3D Model. Like the walls, which are 3D but designed to look 2D.

Just to you know, in portuguese, the orange( 5:26) have the sub title "Não é mecânica, mas funciona" (its not clockwok, but works) is a reference to "A clockwok orange", and alexander (called Alex) is the protagonist
I've been thinking about how there must be some completely different references in every other language Gungeon is in.
nah if you play god hand you should know that orange, and when we use the orange theres will be a sound like "i love it" its same like the god hand. you can see on god hand sound effect (gene)

-one of the NPC's, Tonic the Sledge Dog is a sonic reference
-one of the shrines you can get in the game is Yung Venus, who appears in many games including Nuclear Throne
-The ice bomb item uses the phrase "Cool it", a possible tie in to Death Road to Canada?
- Bloody eye item is a Cowboy Beebop reference
- The cultists starting gun is a Nerf gun (also when you die with the Cultists alt costume he becomes an Apple core)
- The Star Pew weapon is a Stardew Valley reference
- Gun boots is a Downwell Reference (which synergies with Roll bombs which is a Splunkey reference)
- The Emporer gun is a Star wars Reference

One of my other favorite Dark Souls Easter eggs in EtG is when you're doing a rainbow run, sometimes Bowler will be on the chest doing the praise the sun pose and fire will circle around the chest! Also still really wish the Undertale reference weapon "Gundertale" was added in with Farewell to Arms :/
You missed the CobaltHammer referencing CobaltStreak and RichardHammer, two well known streamers and fans of the game, who played and advertised it on their streams in early access.
Gavin Jenkins was looking for this comment, glad someone mentioned it.
Great stuff! But was there a reason for not mentioning any of the characters' pasts or alt skins? Most of them are references to games/movies
The Marine's past is DOOM and his alt skin is Dark Souls
The Convict's past is Hotline Miami and her alt skin is Mad Max
The Hunter's past is Wolfenstein; her alt skin isnt a reference, but her default has a Serious Sam-like belt buckle
The Pilot's past is just kinda like any bullet hell space shooter, and his appearance is sorta Han Solo-ish?
The Robot's past and alt skin are Terminator
The Bullet's past is Link to the Past, and his alt skin is... uh, A Christmas Story? But the wiki says something about LttP, so its got me there
In a game with so many guns, items, passives, and bosses; I honestly just forgot to include the characters when compiling information.
Bullet's alt skin is indeed a reference to A link to the past. When you enter the Dark World without a certain item from dungeon 3, you turn into a pink bunny
I also just remembered the item you use to turn into the bunny alt skin is also a reference. It's a blue mirror, referencing the Magic Mirror you use to return to the light world from the dark world, also in alttp

I started translating it myself but got annoyed so I just looked in the comments for it
I'm like the only person on the planet thats thankful that the tetrominator was put into the game in the final update, it was scrapped in one of the previous updates, I forget which, but if I recall it was due to it being too difficult to properly code/impliment into the game. Oh yeah, and thanks for referencing it.

I wasn't going to call it out, but since you talked about people bringing up obvious references in the comments, I'll do it anyway. Ice Breaker is a reference to the Destiny weapon of the same name, and the Exotic is a reference to the Gjallarhorn from that game as well.
And the icebreaker has a sinergy that literally turns it into an icebreaker from destiny
In this last update they added the Valkyrie from destiny as well! (I don’t remember what they call it tho)
The Sunlight Javelin works like the Valkarie from Destiny 2, and the Gunderlord Synergy between the Icebreaker and the Patriot turns the Patriot into the exotic LMG Thunderlord, which fires chain lightning rounds, generates lightning strikes, and increases its rate of fire the longer the trigger is held down.

Felt like mentioning that one because it's kinda big and really caught me off-guard.

One easter egg that is very obscure that i love is that there's a synergy with the drum clip and the heck blaster titled "doctor worm" which is based on a song by the same name by they might be giants, where the singer is named doctor worm and he's passionate about playing the drums. That attention to detail is just astonishing to me.

The Sunlight Javelin is also a reference to one of the Solar Pillar's craftable weapons in Terraria. One where you throw a Javelin.

The laser lotus and it's description of level five, pierce weapon, is a refference to the show community's protagonist pierce Hawthorne, who's always boasting about being a "level five laser lotus".
There is an enemy in the Oubliette called Poopulon. It’s Ammonomicon entry says “The Great Mighty”. It’s a reference to the Great Mighty Poo from Conker’s Bad Fur Day.

Also withe the saa, if you have the item that makes bullets curve around you (can't remember it's name), you get a synergy called "pretty good", if you get that reference.
I know you said dont complain fi you missed anything but this is one of the lesser known references. The weapon "the jolter" is a reference to war hammer 40k's iconic weapon "the bolter". Its ammonomicon entry states that the bullets are abnormally large made to deal with thick skinned green aliens. Referencing to how the "bullets" of a bolter are as large as your head and are designed to deal with things like orcs. I got into too much detail with this, but I love 40k and gungeon so yea.
Edit:the hegonemy of man is also 40k reference as well.
There are a bunch of book references too. The luxin cannon is from lightbringer and I know there’s at least one reference to name of the wind.
You forgot the soul orb, a reference to mortal kombat, as in it’s description it says “your soul is mine” an iconic mortal kombat line from character shang tsung

One of the very few references I noticed was the Luxin Cannon. In the ammonomicon entry, it says it requires a certain 'guile' to wield. This is from the Light Bringer series of books where all the main characters family name is Guile. Loved the series and always wanted to shoot Luxin bullets!

Missed a reference with Liquids voice actor, who actually voiced the character who's in the Hind D at the end fo the RNG department. Reference to the anvillan (too many references) reference to ganon using the pig and trashcannon together with the synergy you get a mini ganon - canon.
The Zorgun the gun that the villain Zorg tries to peddle in the Fifth Element. It even warns you in the Ammonomicon not to press the red button.

Ghost in the Shell the live action was not the source material for the Ghost of the Shell in-game. The praise for the movie is appreciated but Ghost in the Shell was actually a manga in 1989, and became a movie in 1996, the "amazing live action" movie was a summary of the whole series crammed into 2 hours of footage. Hope I helped you learn something, and great video, the editing is high quality along with your clear commentary!
Edit: I forgot to mention, the reason I brought this up, is other videogames that like to reference other media were prone to referencing Ghost in the Shell before the recent live action movie (2017) was even announced. For example, a game called Black Ice (2014) has a collectible called "Ghost in the Shellfish".
I really appreciate that you tried to correct me and give some more background info rather than calling me a moron like most of everyone else.
Still, it was very much a joke. I know Ghost in the Shell isn't just the movie, thats why I sarcastically said it and put up the edited screenshot with fake review numbers / description.
DPad you could've said 99% of the game is just references, cause it is! Most are VERY subtle that diehard fans of that area would only know, while others just scream that they're a reference, like Megahand or Hyper Light Blaster.

One thing you missed for Dark Souls: there's a weapon called fire hand, described as a weapon from the Great swamp given to you for saving someone from a cannibal

Raiden Coil is a reference to the Raiden series, a SHMUP game series where the purple weapon is an auto lock beam that would absolutely destroy everything
I'm a bit late, but one very notable item that you missed from the Farewell to Arms update was the Gunderfury, which is a reference to the Thunderfury from World of Warcraft, and the gun uses an XP system like RPGs to level up and become stronger.
In a rainbow run the blue character can be seen praising the sun in some normal chests he normally sits on. He and the chest are engulfed in flames.
Seeing him fire the Heroine and megaman hand uncharged physically hurt me
