guys don't be afraid to rest your device, if you have another device take a picture of all your apps so you can install them later. for pictures I recommend having an sd card or uploading them to Google drive. These are just precautionary as you may get a prompt saying to load data and files

After a factory reset, you have about 5 minutes that it will work, but soon as the system does it's auto updates/ugrades that is when the problem starts. I guess I will have to live with it, since I set up my account one time, I probably never have to go in there again. Hope you find a fix. Have a super day.
