Sony won't let Concord die just yet, they sunk too much time and money for that and they're still updating the game's coding, so odds are it'll going to return as a free-to-play game after it flopped with a $40 price tag. Unfortunately for them, there are too many free-to-play hero titles out there for Concord to stand out and even if they bring it back, the game's notoriety will overshadow any changes made to try and make it appealing. Frankly, it'd need a full overhaul in order to make it catch the eyes of players, especially with the colour pallets and designs chosen for the characters - artists who understand how colour theory works and can make recognisable characters based off of just a silhouette would certainly help in that department.
