TWO years ago the Chiefs had 2 new receivers (Juju and MVS) in an Andy Reid offense with Mahomes as QB and no real film for defenses to study until around mid-season... Mahomes went 5000 and 41 on the way to his 2nd League and SB MVP... Now, 2 years later and two new receivers (with speed) in an Andy Reid offense with Mahomes as QB and no real film... Play the deep ball and Kelce will feast and Pacheco will have a lighter box to run in... Play up and then it goes over the top...Even with the changes in the defense, this is still one of the best in the Mahomes era... The first few weeks will be the hardest for opposing teams with the limited film... The better the teams they face in the beginning, the easier the 2nd half will be to get playoff ready... So, I can see another 5000 and 50 on the way to a 3 Pete... Just My Humble Opinion based on stats and facts...

Hello Rich, guys. I'm listening to your show as often as possible fromagere France. I am by no mean a NFL expert. Only' a longtime fan. However regarding the 2 post Season hit topics I reckon thé situation are quite logical. For the cowboys, they are all in, and if i refer to Texas hold'em all in means: pretty good chance to win with m'y current hand, and if not lose all and will need to recave. And that's exactly what Jerry Jones did. The bottomline being it s either champioship ring or out. And for the flacons, they believe they are a championship team, as long as they have legit quaterbacking. How do you do si with lesser risk : sign a Big Time fa, and draft a pro ready QB. How many pro ready QB were available on round 2?

It's not always Cincy @KC, you just have a selective memory. In 2021 and 2022 the Chiefs played in Cincinnati during the regular season. The only reason it feels that way is because you're only remembering the playoff games, which KC got to host because they had the better regular season record.

I actually think the early games are going to be two Kansas city's benefit. The Bengals and Ravens have traditionally started off a lot worse and get better as the season progresses. So even if they meet in the playoffs because the Chiefs could win early, they would likely have themselves locked up into a better seeding. It would be hilarious for them to have to run a gauntlet of Ravens, Bengals, @Buffalo and @SanFran. If the Chiefs came out of that 4-0 the fanfare and undefeated talk would be deafening in Kansas City

This rough schedule is nothing new. They survived the rough start and got a groove going in the 2nd half of the season.

I wonder if the NFL is so invested in Taylor coming to these games that they'll setup the Chiefs schedule so she can attend the most games. By the time the season rolls around she's back to the US and Canada so nothing like the Super Bowl with the whole "can she make it?" questions. But some weekends she has concerts on Sundays, others she doesn't. I wonder if her Sunday concert weeks will conveniently find KC on Monday or Thursday night football, or their bye week.
