I have been wanting to play volleyball and my mom said if I really want to I should start watching videos so I make sure I know what I’m doing and your channel has helped so much with that.

It depends on your team and the ball they use. Mine was light when I was playing in school and younger ages of club vball, but when I got older the ball size was changed to be heavier. It was not much different though.
