25:20 Actually, Miracle fruit is a real thing. The name is shared between three different plants, all of them having interesting properties in regards to sweetness. Judging by the shape, it's probably meant to be -Synsepalum dulcificum-, only green as opposed to it's usual reddish colour. It contains a compound called Miraculin (Yes, that's the actually the name of it), that is able to make it so sour things taste sweet temporarily by binding to your tastebuds, which is referenced in the Micle Berry's Gen 4 description: "This berry has a very dry flavor. It has the effect of making other food eaten at the same time taste sweet." I have absolutely no clue how this relates to accuracy though.

Since it can be hollowed out, the Chilan Berry is probably referencing the fact that a decent portion of sound-based moves are the normal type. So the whistle drowns out the attacking sound. for game mechanics reasons that gets extended to all normal type moves instead.
"Spicy" does not mean the same thing in every culture. Spicy could mean strong spice like flavors not specifically heat. for anyone curious about all these "spicy" things. he nailed it with the dr pibb then just forgot i guess lol.
It's spiced vs spicy. Spiced is like baking spices like cinnamon, all spice, cloves, etc Spicy is like cooking spices like Hot peppers, onions, garlic, etc
"Miracle fruit" is a name commonly associated with Synsepalum dulcificum, which when eaten, turns sour foods sweet by altering taste buds. I think the Micle Berry's effect is loosely derived from this, where the effect is not immediate, only subsequent: where the miracle fruit has an sweetening effect on the next fruit eaten, the Micle Berry increases the accuracy of the next move used.

26:04 There is literally a fruit called a miracle fruit, named so because, after being eaten, it tricks tongues into detecting sour things as sweet. I.e. lemons taste like oranges. That’s the power of miraculin! (Also the berry in-game is just the real-life fruit with an inverse color filter, like the Oran berry.)
That's what I thought the Micle berry is based on, it even looks like one but green. It was originally used to make almost-spoiled foods more palatable.
