As a charlton fan from birth I can certainly agree with this from a completely unbiased standpoint
To be fair to Barnsley, although their only season in the Premier League wasn't the greatest, they accumulated a respectable points tally (35). Some memorable wins including one at Anfield on November 22nd, 1997.

So many take the P out of Bournemouth but they are a seriously good PL team who will finish top half this season. Their best seasons are in front of them, not the distant past like Wigan, Blackburn, Portsmouth, Birmingham, QPR, Bolton etc. Bournemouth are growing fast and the new stadium is o the horizon.

Cov had 34 years consecutive topflight, were a founding member of the Barclays Premier League, had players like Gary McCallister, Robbie Keane, and Dion Dublin (who won us the golden boot in 97/98) all in their prime.
