Charlie Austin currently at Totton United in Southern Premier League (tier 7)! Surprised that wasn't mentioned as players who have played in prem and non-league.
This is just too good! 😂 I love how Stephen's always got a clever comeback. It's like footy meets comedy! Also, who knew trivia about football could be this fun? Can't wait for more challenges like this! ⚽🙌
Probably the people that created things like Soccer AM, Question of Sport. They Think It’s All Over and all the comedians from Jon Richardson to Joe Wilkinson that have a comedy footy podcast. Oh and watching England. Sorry I mean England fans. That’s fun every tournament. To see them go through every emotion from “we can win it!” To “we lost lets racially abuse our black players on social media” … it’s fun as an outsider.
For the Tenable that was about players who played in the Premier League as well as Non-league,Yannick Bolasie played for Hillingdon Borough and Rushden and Diamonds (as well as Crystal Palace) In addition,Chris Smalling played for Maidstone FC before he joined Fulham in 2008.
My first thought for non-league and Prem players was Kieffer Moore, played a few games in the National League for my club Torquay (and his parent club Forest Green) before his spell in the Prem for Bournemouth.
For the players that played in the prem and non league, Leroy Lita was playing for my local team last season. emmerson boyce and Nile Ranger were other names to come to mind.
As a Swansea fan I was screaming for the Vetch Field to be mentioned, but granted it may have been a touch nice (Ninian Park was another of my answers but I’d never be dying to see that one)
Actually pronouncing “Gren-ich” is also wrong. It’s pronounced “Gren-itch” by some people. But it changes based on accent and when in time you come from. Or education and class. It tends to be that working class people that are poorly educated don’t annunciate the name properly but that has become common parlance. It’s like how some people dont pronounce the n in “government” or “environment” … or like how some people can’t pronounce the H in a word. Or how some pronounce “rth” as “rf”. And how some people say “Could have” instead of “could have”.
No way Stephen tries is the only English person with sense knowing motherwell are the best team in Scotland! How many copa del reys do the old firm have ?🤔 exactly 😂 mon the well 🧡💛
The all time prem table has every team that’s ever played in prem, with their total points from all seasons they’ve played. The bottom 10 is the 10 teams with the lowest combined points totals from their prem seasons
I beg you bring Stephen back more often… he’s such a great guest!
💪💪
Stephen was almost certainly thinking of Maitland-Niles when he mentioned a double barreled player.
Miles-skelly too but I would guess it was AMN
Oxlade-Chamberlain?
@@timvrecic5903nah he mentioned Oxlade-Chamberlain came through Southampton
jay emmanuel-thomas perhaps
Surprised Stephen didn’t say Jeremy Lynch for the arsenal one 😂😂
He didn't graduate :)
But he was technically the best on the ball at the whole club 😂hows he not graduate. 😂
Including the first team 😂😅@@howyoudoing4383

But yeah. You have put what sounds closer to German. You are aware how phonetic spelling works? It’s Itch as in Pitch. Not Ich as in Nicholas.

Where was roker park
Barry has the most prem apps?
And what prem team is he currently playing for?
Has anybody else watched it and still don’t understand Stephen’s bottom 10 teams question?
The all time prem table has every team that’s ever played in prem, with their total points from all seasons they’ve played. The bottom 10 is the 10 teams with the lowest combined points totals from their prem seasons
wait why did derby not count for the bottom? dont really get the question
It’s an all time table. Derby have had 5 or 6 seasons in the PL so have collectively got more points than a lot of teams who have only had 1/2 seasons
when he said "bottom 10" i thought he meant 10th to 20th all time. it was quite confusing at first but he did explain it after
Guy looks like Ethan Hawke
