No dude totally my fault it’s in Bristol a few of my mates went said it has a proper barrel mode but you have to ask them to stick it on pro mode hope you get a chance to go my mates were raving about it for months my back is totally shot these days so I doubt I’ll ever get a chance unless you go and get some decent shots lol 😂 Surfing vicariously through your channel just about keeping me sane so thanks for that Ben fortunately my last proper surf session was an Aggie 6-8 at 16 secs Nearly double overhead on a 10 foot plank Super high tide and I had to get out because I forgot to move the clocks missed timed high tide by an hour and was waiting for it to drop back because it’s super dangerous On a big high tide at that size it starts to try and do an impression of the wedge except onto a concrete ramp with a metal chain strung across the bottom of it ! Supposed to prevent the boats from escaping! before I realised it was still coming in for another hour….. nearly got clotheslined by the chain across the boating ramp exiting the water ! A bad place to have an aircraft Wing attached to your ankle! I told you you should’ve gone to St Agnes on Thursday allegedly half decent swell over there but I haven’t checked the charts I’ve tried to avoid looking these days its painful 😣 Stay surfing as long as you can bro and you totally did the right thing quitting alcohol when you did addiction sucks and it only gets worse ! it was The painkillers after the six different surgeries that finally got to me ! you live and you learn I’ve turned it around now finally But years of masking the pain of next to no cartilage in my right knee hardly any in the left three worn out discs and a crush shoulder wish I’d never let them operate on the first thing as once one thing is knackered others soon follow suit so be aware of ur knee when you make those choices you’ve worked hard to get back to where you are it’s not worth pushing it just to make other people happy do what you can do and don’t push the limits beyond what your gut tells you but you know that! Gotta do what I can with what I’ve got left🙏 Safe journey to both of you ….frm myself and the Mrs😎🤘
Wales is a trip! I love it and the people there…. the people drive with aplomb like a bat out of hell close to plunging ravines though…. the bus drivers too…. legends

Oct-dec is a usually the window if you want to do the scandinavian triple (nw denmark, w sweden & norway) and its very easy and not to much travel between spots. With ferry's and train/buss you can get it done relatively cheap compared to renting and driving. Just a tip;)

Check your foot placement on the tail, right over the cleft of the swallow. That tells me that this swallow tail would be better as a squash or a rounded pin. In fact I have never seen a cohesive theory justifying the swallow tail design. I suspect it's merely a fashion accessory. Thanks for the video😊😊😊
A few miles up the road from me .The lake is fed from off the hills and rivers surrounding it so hence the brown water .The welsh coast (mid wales) is on shore today raining but there is a wave .Great to see you in my neck of the woods did you speak to any welsh language speakers whilst you were there.

I doubt Ben would ever use these but if u wanted to help and speed up recovery u could use something like bpc 157 and tb500 and really a small amount of growth hormone but the peptides are really all u'll need and it'll have u feeling great and healing up whatever soreness or tweaks u have

The thing is Ben is that England is only part of the British Isles you have Cornwall Devon Wales Scotland and Ireland Not forgetting the Channel Islands so you kind of have an excuse to scoot over there on the way back

You should hop on the ferry to Ireland and head for donegal sligo area the best time of the year is the next couple of months water is still warm and storm season is coming soon 😉
