I really love the lyrics to this one. Lore aside the message of this song is about finding hope when trapped in the dark-the arrangement feels dark and hopeful and I love that.

Ah you said so many things I thought as well. One of the first things I noticed (and loved) was how they completely subverted the song structure. And I agree - this is next level for them. They really stepped up their game with this one and I hope they continue to grow. Also, you’ll find yourself singing that chorus at the most random times. So catchy in the best of ways.
Totally my song of the year 2022, honestly, and it was the second to the last day of the year. They're just incredible. And while this one hasn't gotten them the awards (yet?) that Guerrilla did, it's done numbers in terms of sales and exposure, especially because it's a a single on a mini album with remixes and a (lovely, haunting) instrumental with Halazia notes to it. It's their fastest video to rise in 24H, the quickest among 4th gen boy groups this year. So it's altogether impressive for them. Plus, it was filmed in Thailand, and that burned out mall is called New World, so like, what are the chances? I can't wait to see what all they have for us in 2023, especially with video from their upcoming European tour leg. Thanks for watching and loving them like we do!
3:02 Right?? This is my favorite thing about ATEEZ - they have a solid catalogue of songs that you can't predict at all, but they work so beautifully. Say My Name is another great example of messing with the drop. It makes me look forward to every release because I wanna see how they're gonna flip things around.
I’m so happy you are coming back to Ateez! I always thought that the second and third songs you reacted to from them were unfortunate because they have so many other better songs you didn’t really get to see them at their best. Also since you stopped reacting to them I’ve been to their concert, and they are absolutely jaw dropping live.
I hope this is ok to say here. I know how much your love & appreciate lyrics & musicality & you have brought other reactors onto your channel. So here it goes. There is a wonderful married couple who have a channel Andy & Jas. They help with understanding the Korean cultural significance of the words. Like there are phrases used in this sing that Koreans use for prayer so the song is like a prayer. They correct any mistranslations in music videos or expand on them because some Korean words don’t have a specific English counterpart. Jas was getting so emotional over this song.

This music video captivated me from the very beginning. I watch it every day. I listen to the song in the car all day. I watch all the live performances. And it seriously amazes me every. single. time.
Yeah, I also love how unexpected so many parts of this song were. It became my song of the year on the last day of the year lol. It was magnificent to hear their individual voices highlighted and the harmonies were so beautiful. Ateez keep going from strength together strength!
