What's your Everyday Carry? I'd love to hear what you all use, and why. Anyone with first hand experience with the Fuji X100 line or Leica Q line, what are your thoughts?
I have the 100V and the Q2Mono but normally carry the Q2M and my XPro-2 with the Fujinon 16-80 in case something colorful pops up. When I want to go minimal I use the 100V and generally use a Tri-X recipe, switching to color if called for. If Leica came out with a Q2 / 50mm, I would probably jump on it.
Q2: Joy for the rich. Worth every penny. X100V: Not for the rest of us. Worth every penny. Both will get you out to shoot more and grow. Both will likely be the last stop for those of us who are getting tired of gear and now trying to enjoy the experience. Honorable mention... GR III. Joy for the travel-lights (don't forget extra batteries though).
While I don't own the Fujifilm X100-V, I do have the XT-5. I love the simplicity of the Fujifilm cameras; however, I own the Leica Q2 and there simply is no comparison when it comes to the quality of the images you will get from the Leica. Incidentally, I bought the XT-5 well after owning the Q2 because I heard so many good things about it. I am definitely not disappointed. Yes, the price of the Q2 is up there, but if you really want the true quality that Leica glass offers, it is well worth the money...make the jump, you won't be sorry.
Had both but found myself reaching for and enjoying the X100V more. The portability, weight, screen, film simulations, conversion lenses, built in flash, make it a versatile sidekick. You can’t deny the sharpness/crispness of the Q2, it’s also sexy as hell!
This is one of the best comparison videos I’ve seen in a while. Just straight facts and images without the filler B roll. Kind of reminds me of my videos. I look forward to seeing what else you produce!
I have the X100V and love it. Every time I start to seriously consider buying the Q2 or Q2 Monochrom I see the side by side comparison and can barely notice the difference…and nothing that a bit of post-processing tweaking can’t fix. Thanks for the video! You saved me $4,000.
Thanks! I agree, image quality it pretty similar until you start pixel peeping. I stuck with Fuji but I’m glad I rented the Q2. Fuji fits in a jacket pocket which leads me to believe it gets taken with me more than the Leica would.
I switched from the x100v to the q2. I loved the x100v, the film simulations and overall experience. I got it for its “analog” feel but I ended up not using it in that way, instead opting for a more rear and front dial control like a dslr. The q2 allows for more of that analog control with real manual focusing if needed, and the actual dials are much easier to control/move compared to the Fuji. The q2 definitely has its flaws, mainly the high iso noise, as you said. But the giant sensor and extremely sharp optics are fantastic. I can live with the high iso noise. The image stabilization helps with handheld slow shutter speeds to keep the iso down. While the colors on Fuji are great, they aren’t true to life (as you show in your test). The Leica colors are fantastic in my opinion. But that’s all really subjective. The black and white jpegs are phenomenal and different on the Leica. In the end, I love the q2 and would not go back to the Fuji. But you can’t really go wrong with the Fuji either. Especially given the price difference. The Leica is extremely difficult to buy. None of the big online retailers ever have them in stock. I was lucky to be able to buy one by constantly checking Leicacamerausa. Also was able to get it before the price went up. But they can be found used as well. Great video
Thanks for your comments, good stuff! I really like that lens and it's perfect for manual focusing as you said. I could deal with the noise at high ISO, I have the Sony A7Riv which is 60MP, I really wish I should have compared them but I was so busy trying to get this video produced before I had to send it back. One thing I couldn't figure out was in AF-S, is there a way to get the focus point to the exact center? It's easy with the Fuji. I'm leaning towards selling some gear and picking it up, I miss it! HAHA.
Yeah that would have been an interesting comparison. To get the focus point to center, you have to double tap on the focus point on the touchscreen and then it will jump to center.
Thank you very much for such a great comparison review. The difference in sharpness of the photos are quite clear in favor of the Q2. You nailed the differences spot on!
Hi great video, so I owned the Q, TL2, Cl, Fuji x100v, x100 (original )and the SL. One day I took the q TL2 and SL out and shot the same photos with all three cameras as I wanted to really compare them. And honestly I couldn’t tell a difference between them. The q for what it is, is a great camera. I sold the the q after a year or so, why? Because often I needed to go wider and that was not an option, that’s where the TL2 came in. Real world shooting I saw no difference in quality and the camera is substantially smaller. I sold the TL2…. That was dumb, and got at CL. I like the CL ergonomics better and it’s small with the 18. Btw The CL has better autofocus over the TL2, so that was important for me, hence the switch. With the apsc series I was able to have greater flexibility without real world image loss in a small package. Do I miss my q, sometimes, but what the Fuji offers is more flexibility in a fixed lens camera, meaning with adaptors and you can reduce the need for cropping ( or extend your ability to crop) whereas with the q you can’t. What is also nice about the Fuji is the 26 megapixels because it uses less memory. Plus it’s easier to transfer Fuji images to Lightroom mobile on the phone. The Leica app is slow to transfer. I Do want to talk about color for a moment too as it came up in the video. There are indeed color differences between camera brands, and the q raws are great, but Leica Jpegs are typically meh, excect for black and white. While the Leica’s raw files have great ability to push image in post the Fuji jpegs are simply great, and I don’t need to much with them very often. But I’m not worried about true to life colors anyway because that’s never been the way photography has been done even from the time of film. What’s more true Provia, Velvia, Portra N or S you name it film hasn’t been “true”, and for that matter canon colors have always been warm, Nikon, Sony and Panasonic are all cooler. Making a picture interesting has never been about making a perfect copy of reality. I have certainly thought about a q2 played with it several times but have not bought it. The Fuji for me is more flexible and offers a greater real world feature set over the q that makes it simpler path to what I want to photograph. Thanks for the video, well done 👍
My EDC is the Fuji X-Pro3 and I usually bring along also the Canonet Ql17 giii for film, always with a b/w roll in it. The Q2 is really tempting me, especially the gorgeous Reporter Edition, but then, much like you, I would need to sell all my gear and still would not even reach half the price of the Q2
As a outsider who shoots Olympus/Panasonic m4/3, 4/3 for 17 years and watched this out of curiosity. I much, much preferred the renditions from the fuji except for two shots. Makes me very curious about trying that camera now! Damn!
Thanks for checking out my video, I appreciate it! Coming from micro 4/3 I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the improved ISO performance and greater depth of field crop sensors and full frame sensors offers.
You'll not be disappointed. My main cameras for the past few years have been the Lumix G7 and G9. I was curious about the X100 line and purchased a X100T on ebay. I really enjoyed using it everyday. Found a X100F locally for a great price and upgraded to it. I still use micro 4/3 for video and photo work, but I really enjoy using the X100F. I've been considering upgrading to the X100V, but for now, the X100F will do.
Great video. Not really an equal comparison at all, but, I'll take the Fuji all day long due to the cost. Anyone looking at either photo sample stand alone would be very happy with each.
Thanks for the video. Having owned a X100V and now owning a Q3, I believe the Q3 is the better camera for so many reasons, many of which are in your Video. The big BUT is of course the price. £ for £ the FujiFilm wins hands down (and, i imagine, more so the X100VI) so it comes down to affordability. BTW, I funded my Q3 and accessory purchase (with £’s to spare) by selling my Canon R5 + multiple lenses and accesories as I decided that I wanted to simplify and not carry so much weight. I also sold the 100V, because I reckoned that I would not need it. I am pleased with all the decisions I made, for me, it was the right choice.
Thanks for watching and sharing your experience. I think the Fuji is great as a second camera to accompany a workhorse camera. But if someone just needs one camera for personal use, go for the Q!
Great review - honest, clear and in no way biased - I particularly liked your wrap up, not what I expected. I’m somewhat torn between these two (like so many others), but leaning toward trying an X100V second hand to replace a Sony RX100 IV (great camera, but just too small to enjoy using instead of my Canon SLR). I can see me buying the X100V, but always wondering “what if?” for the Leica. In the UK there is an option to test the Leica at home for a few days for just £40 (plus the rest of the £4,500 as a deposit - yikes!), but could be a definite goer, but after making that commitment I’m sure I’d end up accepting it into my life.
Thanks Ian, I greatly appreciate it! I tried that Sony too! I think I only gave it 500 clicks in 5 months and sold it. I THOUGHT it would be be cool/nice/convenient to have an even small, pocket sized camera. But the little sensor was not holding up at all 😐
I also use Sony for my main cameras and wanted the same thing, an everyday pocketable camera. After trying the Fuji and the Ricoh GRiii, the Ricoh won hands down 1- truly pocketable, APSC sensor with crazy good DR ( look at the sensor rating on Photons to Photos), true 1 handed operation, best B&W I have ever seen out of camera and the "positive film simulation" is amazing, crazy sharp 28mm lens. The autofocus and battery life are not a good as the Fuji's but for what I needed it wasn't that important. I added the hot shoe thumb grip and one more thing the Ricoh turns on faster than any camera ever, in .5 seconds it is ready to shoot so it goes from pocket to picture in an instant, one handed. I sent some images to your website if you care to see them.
@@mahdiali6732 I thought the very same thing, until I tired it, the screen is very bright and it ends up being much faster to pull the camera from my shirt pocket and snap a shot. I cant speak to the weather sealing but I did put a LIFEGUARD protective film on it
The Ricoh and the X100V are two different cameras. The X100V has a fantastic viewfinder and 4K. Plus a selection of wonderful 'filters.' The colors jump off the image. No contest.
probably I won't be popular with this opinion of mine but- I'm using a Sigma fp now with the Sigma 35/2 Contemporary lens. it has better noise performance, more accurate colors than both the Fuji and Leica, better color profiles in-camera (the teal & orange one is really quite amazing for my taste), and still relatively compact. no viewfinder (there's one you can buy and attach now though), but actually I got used to not having one and it's quite liberating when composing. it works great on the street, for portraits, or in really low light. not for action and such of course, but none of these cameras were designed for that anyway. more expensive as a set than the Fujifilm, but much cheaper than the Leica.
Loved the video! Fun fact: If you shoot a 35mm focal length through the EVF, it is about the same focal length as a 28mm with your arms extended a bit (elbows bent about 120 degrees) when shot through the lcd screen. I have tested it and it works. The distortion is about the same, but obviously the 35mm has a little less. I love my x100v. It is hands down my favorite camera to have around and I it never leaves my side. I am lusting after the Q2 though ever since I saw Greg Williams shooting one and so many reviews like this one. Anyways, great comparison!
X100V is y every day carry around camera. Before that was I used the X100F, before , both the original and second generation X100’s. The X100V lens and other subtle improvements makes for a stellar camera, although I do miss the D-pad.
Awesome! I’m on my 3rd version of the X100 series. I though I’d miss the D-pad but to my surprise I’m not missing it and I enjoy the joystick. Thanks for commenting!
I too prefer the 28FF focal length over 35. My everyday carry is the Fujifilm X-T30 and the new 18 f1.4 (FF 28 f2 equivalent). I also have a couple of X-T3's.
I have some 28 mm vintage lenses, but I just never feel as comfortable with them as with 35 mm. It's the main thing keeping me from the Q,especially as I'm pretty sure the field of view on that Q lens is actually more than that of a normal 28? At least that proves me against a very silly impulse buy (still checking the prices at least once a weak though ;) ).
RX1R mark1, yes RX1R Mark2, no Same problem too much noise from iso 1600 at the mark 2, mark1 equivalent noise at ISO 6400, I had both, and Btw Tha Macro mode on the lens is allowing you to shoot wide open at f2, But there are other flaws with these cams...
A few months after making this video a friend showed me some 16x20 prints he make with his Sony RX1R and they are incredible! I personally just don't love that camera. I have a feeling Sony will introduce either a new APS-C all in one or another full frame all in on, at least I'd love see one from them.
Q2M is amazing, I chose it over he Q2 color. It’s what camera do you want to take out every day and shoot, and that’s the camera for you. For some it’s an iPhone, for others it’s a Leica, Fuji etc.
Thanks so much, I appreciate the watch and the feedback! The EVFs are great on both but the Leica looks better. The first time I shot in B&W I couldn’t believe how amazing it looked in the Q2 viewfinder.
Aaron, thanks for this video. My feelings exactly on all your points. I sold my x100f and miss it big time but the x100v I will purchase since it offers me more. I love the idea of owning a Q2 (never had or rented) but the price will stop me especially since I'd have to sell all my gear on still come up short. My photography is a hobby and not a money maker so the 100V and my XH-1 with a few lenses should do it for me for now! Thanks again
I took the pill. Bought a used one and sold all my Fujis. Now that I have a Q2, I also want a CL. So, don’t sell the CL because you would want 2 Leica’s in your street arsenal. The GR as main backup🙂.
Very interesting review--enjoyed it! I struggled between the Q2 and the Fujifilm xPro 3. I loved them both. Went back and forth for the longest on which to purchase. Ended up buying both, and I don't regret it. However, I wished I had waited for the Q2 monochrome, which I would buy and use for B&W, and use the xPro 3 for all my color photography. I hear that Q2 monochrome calling me in the wee hours of the night.
Lol, it’s calling you in the wee hours of the night 🤣 I’m sort of thinking the same thing. Keep my X100V for color and then Q2M for B&W. But you know…. money. Thanks for the comment !
Rented the X100V and it was ok, but I hate rangefinder styled cameras, so my everyday carry camera is my iPhone 12. With the NOMO app, I can simulate over 50 classic film cameras too. Everything from instant film cameras all the way up to large format. So Im good.
Very nice comparison! Leicas are awesome, I used to shoot with an M6 in my film days, but the present ones are just too expensive IMO to be a practical option. I went for GFX for that money.. Now that’s resolution, and medium format is just unbelievable… The 50R is still manageable on the streets…
New subsciber here. Nice video presentation, Aaron. I have the X100V, but lusting after the Q2. Just don't care personally for the 28mm and the potential noise with the Q2. I would be interested in the setup of your X100V. Thanks!
Thanks so much for the Sub, watch time and comment Mollie, I appreciate it! I knew the noise would be kind of bad since I have the 60MP Sony A7Riv, but I didn't think it would be that much worse than the aps-c sensor of the X100V. I'm glad you mentioned wanting to see my X100V setup, I was thinking about doing that, I'll add it to the list to try to film within the next few weeks!
I use and enjoy both Fujifilm and Leica, but if it was me, I'd choose the X100V over the Q2. It's not just price, but the Q2's sensor, like the SL2, is just too noisy IMHO. Leica improved the noise issue on its high-resolution sensors in the Q2 Monochrome and M10R. You can tweak the X100V WB and film simulation settings to come quite close to what you would get straight out of a Leica camera JPEG. Leica WB default settings are always warmer than Fujifilm. Also, the Fujifilm wide angle converter will give you a 28mm focal length and add some versatility to the camera. Lastly, in post, you can play with contrast and clarity/texture to get your Fujifilm camera shots to look more Leica-ish, if this is important to you. Try decreasing contrast by about 10-15 and bumping up clarity in proportion. You may be surprised.
Thank you so much for your thorough comment! I know, I might have focused too strongly on the colors in my video. There are differently a few other reasons why I'd love to purchase the Q2 but in the end I'm keeping the X100V, I love it so much! I like playing with the film simulations with JPG and then having the RAW to also play with in post. I think I might be more intrigued with the Q2 Monochrome now that I've got to play with the Q2. If I get more into nighttime photography I might have to check it out. Thanks again, keep shooting.
I think the ‘Leica look’ is over rated and hyped. This is a marketing issue that Leica came up with. I personally like the Fuji look better. Leica is warmer and with more noise.
Thanks for the open minded review which I only stumbled across just now as I have become interested in the Q. Not too crazy about the 47 MP extra sharpness but would rather go for better low light performance, so I am in the market for a Q with same optics. It is also more affordable. BTW, I do own a Sony first gen RX1 - and love it. The Zeiss optics/Sony sensor combo - although a bit dated - really does it for me. But it is a 35 mm and like you, I love the 28 mm view as a standard take-along. For everything else, there is the regular gear. Please keep up the good work.
Thank you, I appreciate that. After making this video I saw some 16x20 prints my friend made with his Sony RX1 and I must admit, the prints looked incredible. I’d love to see Sony make a new full frame P&S. If they could make one the size of an X100V I’d be all over that. The viewfinder, buttons/dials and build quality could use an update. Even if the lens was an F2.8 to make it a little smaller, I’d be all over that!
I had both but couldn't justify the extra 4k for the Q2. Like you I have other cameras and throwing down 5k for a point and shoot was just too much, when my iPhone 12 pro max is good enough for walkabout. Great honest comparison.
Thanks for the comment! I just picked up my first Leica M camera and I feel the same way about Leica M glass. TOO ME, it’s not worth 3-4 times more than a Voigtlander lens (or 2-3 times more for Zeiss). Especially when I accidentally have 10 film cameras right now.
I'm using a combo of Sony A6400 and Ricoh GR II. I think the Sony is an amazing camera. The Ricoh files are really nice. I do wish there was an small electronic viewfinder for the Ricoh. And I wish the viewfinder was a little better on the A6400 but it's plenty usable. But I'm always looking for a better everyday carry camera.
@@AaronAnalog1 agreed! Love the size, and like that it's an APS-C sensor but it's challenging to use in bright light. I tried a Sony RX100 V, and that was ok but the getting the finder to pop-up was a chore and it's tiny. Still looking for that the right combination of features in a small package to make it my everyday camera.
Nice review, Aaron. I rented the Q2 Monochrom a month ago, really enjoyed it. Punched way in with a couple crops, was astonished at the resolution. Am sure you'll enjoy it. That said, I read a review recently that claimed you can actually get better B&W results with the standard Q2 when shooting in B&W as you're still able to use LR's color sliders in post to adjust luminance. That was the first thing I noticed with the Monochrom, that the color sliders in LR are disabled. Incredible images nevertheless, and still think it'd be superior to the standard Q2 at high ISOs due to the sensor modifications. Anyway, something perhaps to consider. Thanks for your review.
Do you think you’ll purchase it? I was very happy with the B&W from the Q2! I never new about the disabled sliders. If I needed the amazing high ISO performance for things like concerts or night shots I’d consider it, but I don’t really do enough of that to justify. I really want to try out the Monochrome, one day.
Its clear that you Cannot use color sliders on a monochrome Image. Ist has no Color Information. Bette black white Results with a Color Sensor instead of a b/w Sensor. Dont believe this
Hi, Bischof Fotografie, Sorry, but I'm afraid I don't understand your comment. If you mean you can't use your Color Sliders on a color image that you've converted to monochrome, that would be incorrect; in fact, I do it all the time; the color information is still available and luminance is readily adjustable. On the other hand, if you mean that you can't use the Color Sliders on an image SHOT in monochrome, as is the case with the Q2M, that is absolutely correct as there are no RGB pixels in the sensor to record that info. So, when you state "Don't believe this," I don't know what the "this" is that you're referring to. Please clarify. Thanks. And sorry, Aaron, for not answering you earlier. Am still sitting on a very high fence in regard to the Q2 vs Q2M. In fact, I was looking again today at some photos I took of a goat standing in a field - hey, goats are cool! - and am still utterly gobsmacked by their seemingly infinite croppability. (I may have made that word up.) It's like using a macro lens from 5 meters! I do hope you get to try one some day - a Q2M, I mean; not a goat - it's something. Cheers!
What Bischof F... Is trying to explain is his opinion that a image which has been taken on a colour sensor and converted to monochrome can't be better than the file from a monochrome sensor.
you can tell the more polished colour on the Leica Q2... but I weirdly dig the colour vibe on the Fujifilm, it doesn't bother me at all and I like the more muted colors, looks a bit more vintage. You add the price difference and that's really a great value camera to get.
I prefer the fujis. At this moment a x100v costs 1400 €. A Q2 5100 €. So the price of the Q2 is 3,6 times higher. Is the camera or the pictures 3,6 times better? I don't think so. I other words, for the price of a Q2 I can buy a x100v and nearly 3 successors (x100s(ix), x100s(ven), x100e(ight) or whatever they will call them). So in a few years I will have a state of the art camera, and "you" will be stuck with an outdated Q2. For the same price. And imagine you lost or broke your camera. Breaking a 1400 € camera would almost kill me, but breaking a 5100 € camera, oh boy.... I know, Licas are weill build, but they are also heavy like battleships. At the moment I have a X-E3. Maybe I will replace it with a X-E4 because of the screen.
Fuji X-E line is great. I'm happy I only rented the Q2, I'm sticking with the Fuji X100V and I picked up a used Ricoh GRiii after I said I didn't like it, haha, turns out it's pretty great.
@@AaronAnalog1 I prefer also the X-E line. I have a X-E3 and a X-E1 IR. I also have a X100s, that I bought once for my Vietnam trip back in 2014. I also used it for my photo project (see my Videos). But I don't use it anymore.
Nice comparison! I own a Fuji X100F and use the built in flash many many times for a little fill in flash at high flash sync speed. With the Leica you need an external flash for that. Still both are very desirable!
Thanks for the great video! I'm currently shooting the X100V, and like it very much. I used the original X100 for FAR too long, but never really stopped loving that one for everyday stuff, and only repacked with the X100V when the original X100 started to act up, mechanically. (I have a full-frame Nikon kit for all my heavy lifting.) I am SERIOUSLY tempted to pick up the Q2, particularly since Leica Spain (where I live) offers it at 12 months no interest. I'm on the fence, but leaning toward pulling the trigger...
It’s a big investment, if you have the opportunity to rent it at a decent price consider that, it’s such a big purchase. Or has it been enough just seeing it at the Leica store? 😃 Let me know if you pick one up!
Just buy the 18mm (28mm FF) adapter for the Fuji. I didn’t touch my X100T for years, the 35mm didn’t appeal to me anymore. That changed with the adapter completely, and it never left the camera since. Surprisingly I can’t see an optical degradation with the adapter.
Its like most things a personal choice. But for me its a better feeling to let falling a 1500€ camera than a 5000€ camera to the ground. Also 46mb file size is topic that fucks me up. the jpg output of the fujis are jeust perfect. shoot, transfer to iphone and share with your family. nice
Wise words in regards to funds. Personally, Leica Q in any iteration is way too expensive toy for me. Had I that kind of money, agin, for me personally, it would be much wiser to invest in let's say a Fuji GFX kit of some sort. Even a used one...
After seeing the newly announced GFX50S ii kit for $1,000 less than the Q2, yeah I’d say the FUJI system is a great deal 👍🏻 Definitely more bang for the buck!
Hi, beware the earlier Leica Q is not waathersealed. I had mine from the day it was launched and after a few years it was accumulating dust on the sensor. Cost me £180 and a trip to Leica to resolve it. The Q2 has a larger gasket to avoid those issues. Sold mine when I got it back from Leica and use a Fuji X100V. Will consider a Leica Q 2 monochrom which is the second series of the camera which has a larger gasket to stop dust and water getting in the body.
I own both cameras. Fujifilm is known to add NR to their jpeg files even with NR off in the settings. You'd notice a very similar amount of noise in the RAW files and you'd be very surprised what a little bit of NR in post does to those Q2 files. The Q2 files are simply much better than the fuji files.
Wow, fascinating comparison, really enjoyed the video, thanks! I’ve enjoyed my X100s since it first came out, colors are extraordinary but B&W lacks the contrast I’m accustomed to with my film cameras (mostly my F3 and F6) when I shoot HP5.
Really nice video! I love the shots from your X100 in Cuba! I also rented the Q2 for a video recently, & although I enjoyed testing it, it's not for me. I really enjoy the X100V and hope to get my hands on that camera again soon! Thanks for the video! Nice to hear your thoughts on these cameras.
You're seeing more "sharpness" with the Q2 because it has far more resolution, not necessarily because the lens is that much sharper. Given that this is a completely unfair comparison-47MP full frame to 26MP APS-C-I'd say the X100V is doing phenomenally well. A better comparison might be against the original 24MP Leica Q.
Yep, I mentioned the resolution difference multiple times in the video. But you're right, the 24MP Q would be a better comparison, I just wanted to rent the Q2.
I agree, Robert. Also, it's easy to look at boring photos (apologies, Aaron) and pixel peep but if you take a really nice shot nobody is going to think about the limitations of your camera. In other words a Q2 will not make you a better photographer (but it will make your bank account a lot smaller).
@@jimmason8502 Exactly. If you make a great capture, nobody asks (nor can tell) what kind of camera you shot it on (especially when posting it online). Most of today's consumer level cameras are within a few percentage points of each other in terms of overall image quality. Obviously, a 100MP medium format sensor will show a discernible difference from a 24MP APS-C sensor, but even then, will you be able to notice much difference if you're just posting online? Sure, some cameras have a bit more resolution if you're making large prints; some are better in low light; some have a bit more dynamic range; some have a bit wider color gamut...but these are all marginal differences that are only important to very specific applications. Bottom line: it's the content that matters, not the camera.
Nice and well thought out review! Really want that Q2, but will get the Fuji soon for everyday pairing with my walk around film cameras. Have the Sony too, and it’s amazing. Just uninspiring for that style! Thanks for the good video! Renting is always the best test 👍
Thanks Jarrett, I appreciate it! It's great having a smaller digital camera to pair with a film camera. Funny enough, after shrugging off the Ricoh GRiii, I just picked up a used one and so far I'm loving it. Video on that coming soon. Thanks for the sub too!
Is your CL film? Nice informative video here, thank you. One thing i will always say is, digital cameras are computers, they depreciate in value pretty quick, the Q2 is an amazing camera sadly, it is still a computer, wish they made it so that we could change lenses, because let’s face it, that’s the true piece of equipment on that beauty that commands the hefty price, but on the positive we don’t have to worry about dust getting on the sensor. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼.
Nice video and great shots, many thanks! Doubt I will ever spring for a Leica, although I am very fascinated w/ them. Have been a Fuji shooter since 2018 and currently have my X-Pro3 w/ me majority of the time. Have never shot the X100 line at all as I landed on a used X-E3 a couple years back instead that I usually pair w/ my f/2 lens…kinda the poor mans X100, haha.
Welcome to the GAS community 😂 I’ve the Xe4, im looking for buying the x100v. I own the Sony a7R4 and a7c with many prime lenses and others. Leica, 🤨 looking from far away… Q2 is nice but rumors announce the Q3, let’s see
The Q2 is very appealing, but one thing I'd worry about is having such an expensive item around my neck, particularly when traveling. For a lot of places (depending on the country and city) I wouldn't wear expensive jewellery, or a fancy Rolex (not that I own one), as I would worry about being mugged or robbed. Do others have that concern? Aaron, you showed photos taken in Cuba with your Fuji; if you owned a Q2 would you feel comfortable using it a lot in public in a country like Cuba? I don't think I'm paranoid, but I like taking travel photos, and most places I've been to in Europe warn people to watch for pickpocketing, and thefts of things like cameras, wallets, and smartphones. I just use common sense, and I don't keep my wallet in my back pocket, and I don't flash a lot of money, and I am cautious in crowded places, etc. So, my question is whether walking around with an expensive Leica would be attracting unwanted attention.
Very valid point, like I said I bought the X100 because I didn't want to bring a large DSLR. I cover the red dot with tape with my Leicas. I think thieves are on the look out for Canon and Nikon still. But I agree, you can never be too safe.
Thank you for the comparison - an irrational thought experiment many of us do 😉 the sample images were quite enlightening, thank you for that. They actually mitigated my Leica cravings. I am sure the situation is different in front of an actual screen with 200x crop. But as far as the results go as conveyed via RUclips: The final Fuji pictures hold up brilliantly against the Leica in my view. Thanks again!
Thanks so much, I appreciate it! As stated in the video, I showed you all the RAW comparison. On a few images I slightly changed only shadow/highlights and then I made sure to do the exact same thing with the other cameras files. With the black and white, I was comparing JPG images straight from the camera, I used the standard monochrome options on both cameras.
Hey Aaron, enjoyed that review, thank you very much. Great pictures, great examples an good analyse of each camera's strong and weak points. Had a Q-P for some weeks but ended up selling it again, have a x100f but try to sell it right now. I use a M240 (got a great used deal in 2020) and just cannot see me selling it and always realize that I do not want to have more than one camera; but it's fun to try new toys :). I realized that I can limit myself to a M240 with a 50mm (have 21/28/50/90, might sell the 21 and 90) as an personal camera for the most part. Honestly, I pair it with my phone and for the most part, on the wider end, the image quality for the casual wider shots in the holidays etc is actually ok so I can concetrate for the "better" photos on the M with a 50 1.4 :). Best regards from Cologne
Thanks for the comment, Mats! I appreciate it. I actually just picked up the M240 myself and I love it! I have a video in the works comparing that to an M6 since they are around the same price these days. Stay tuned. I've got the Nokton 1.5 MC on mine, LOVE IT. All the best, keep shooting.
I own the x100v, but if money was no issue I would definitely go for the Q2. There's a big difference between APS-C and full frame, as I found out coming from a Full Frame DSLR and Q2 has almost double the MP. It's very compelling given the size of it. Also, if you think x100v has auto focus capabilities, like face and eye detection, you'll be disappointed.
That's a good comparison. I also made a comparison video. A lot of time was put into taking pictures, editing, and making videos. JPG was a meaningful comparison, but compared to RAW files there was not much difference. I enjoyed the video.😁👍🏻
The Q is just as good and good deals used. Don’t rule out the Q. I don’t think I’ll ever need to upgrade. Your review and comparison was great, but what you failed to mention is the Q won’t fit in a pocket! So I am buying a x100v for my jacket pocket.
Very true, the smaller form factor of the x100v is better! But if I were to get the wide converter on the x100v it’s as big as the Q. I do love that 28mm focal length. I’m still happy with the Fuji. Thanks for the comment!
@@AaronAnalog1 thanks for the video. I wish I could loan you my Q 😊 I have been searching g for a pocketable camera to get me close to as happy as I am with the Q. Leica XE, D’Lux, X2, Ricoh Gr2, X100S, The x100s came the closest so I’m ordering a X100v. It’s a shame someone can’t make a tax sharp compact that’s cheaper and perfect. The Yashica T4 was a perfect cheap pocketable film camera. It shouldn’t be this hard. 😃
I own the Q2M and it’s like nothing I’ve ever owned or used. The images coming out of it are special, they are detailed and rich and the tonal range it captures just doesn’t have an equal in my experience. Keeping in mind my “work” camera is an R5 so it’s no slouch but the Q2M images are just different. Rent it, you’ll see for yourself.
I found your assessment to be interesting. I am sensing that if you had a lot more discretionary funds at your service, that you would buy the Leica. Oh my..... I don't need to hear that! I recently sold a business and am at retirement age. I live simply. I can afford that Leica. One thing keeps me from giving into my G.A.S. I can put my X100V into a jacket pocket quite easily. The size of that Leica lens makes it nearly 2x the depth. So if I walk around with the Leica I need to keep it around my neck or in my hand.... or in a dinky little camera bag. None of those sounds attractive.
Yes, if money was not a part of the equation I'd absolutely buy the Q2 and AND the Q2 monochrome. Having a pocketable camera is definitely super nice, I get that!
RT, for the price of a Q2 you can buy an X100v, an XT3 and still have enough cash for a couple new primes like the 18mmf1.4 and 56mmf1.2. I give into my GAS by purchasing older vintage lenses and second hand Fuji bodies. Would I trade all of it in for a Q2? Naw
I’m curious as to how one of the compact Fuji interchangeable lens mirrorless (XT4, XPro3, XT30, XT200, etc) might thread the needle between the 100V and the Leica. Rolling your own lens/picking a best-for-you kit for everyday carry/upgrading your lens down the road is a big advantage over both fixed-lens cameras in my opinion.
We should do a film shoot video together some time. I'm terrible in front of the camera but willing to try it out. As for my everyday carry, well you know that already. M6 and typically the Zeiss ZM Planar 50 f2 or my recently acquired Pentax LTM 43mm f1.9.
You are comparing sharpness of APSC and FF using same aperture putting the Fuji at meaningful disadvantage due to a diffraction at f8 and even more so at f11. You are also completely wrong on the Sony RX1. If you compared the quality of images from it and the Q2 you would see they are comparable. The Zeiss f2 lens on Sony is wonderful. I liked the shooting experience of the Q much better than Sony but prefer a 35mm to 28 so I gave up the Q.
When you have a 28mm, you have a 35mm ;) fuji is always at a disadvantage as it is APSC. But it punches way above its weight given the price. While I would live a Leica, I will settle for a Fuji ;)
I’d say a more apple to apple compare would be the GR III vs Q2. Regardless, the Q2 is superior to both. I just don’t like how bulky it is. My go to carry has been the Panasonic LX100 II or the Canon G5X II or the GR III.
I struggle with finding the a balance of having a camera that I feel will get grabbed by me as I head out the door, the Q2 isn't much smaller that my Sony A7Riv with the 24mm attached. I hear people really love the Pan LX100 line, I know the lens on it is absolutely wonderful.
@@AaronAnalog1 same. I hike in the Cascade Mountains and balancing image quality with weight and size is important. The cameras I mentioned do well for that. Can’t imagine taking a $5000+ bulky camera to the trail or an interchangeable lens system. I sure would have loved a full frame on the trail like the Sony RX1R but the 35 mm doesn’t work for landscape.
If money is not a problem yes go for the laica is an amazing camera and the results are just beautiful. But is it 4 times better ? I don’t think so at least in my opinion mostly when with couple of edits can get to the same point.
Great video.. I’m a longtime Sony shooter. Started with the nex 3 and every time a new sony camera came out, I upgraded. I have stopped upgrading at the a7r3 as it’s still working well for me. Couple months ago I purchased the q2 but one thing that drove me nuts was the auto focus.. would always auto focus on the wrong things.. coming from the Sony with eye autofocus, face detection the Sony blew it away.. my Sony camera is also 3 years old.. how’s was the auto focus for you compared to Sony?
Thanks Michael, I appreciate it! You are absolutely right, the Q2 cannot compare to the current Sony AF. For me, Sony is the perfect tool for my professional work which is mainly weddings. A Q2 could absolutely cut it as a wedding camera but after using cameras with dual card slots since 2014 I get too nervous using a single card slot camera. I don’t think I missed focus at all with the Q2, I was only using single point AF. As mentioned in the video, the Q2 or X100V could never be my one and only camera for work and for pleasure but for many people they absolutely could be. The A7Riii most certainly won’t be outdated anytime soon. Sony (and most brands these days) do a great job with firmware updates so some of the new tech will be addressed via firmware updates in the future. I too have been upgrading every few years but I just updated to two new Sony bodies and I’m going to try my best to shoot them at least 6 years before upgrading.
@@AaronAnalog1I tried the monochrome q2 in the Leica store LA and wow.. I think if I purchase another q2 it would be the monochrome. I been looking at the m240 or maybe m10. I’ll also check out Fuji, I plan to keep my Sony gear but want something fun for around town.
@@Somemjf ha, so interesting. I’ve been thinking about the Q2M since I rented the Q2 because I think the Leica JPG files are incredible! I actually just bought a M240 like 3 days ago. And I absolutely love it. I’m going to do a video comparing the M240 with an M6 using the same lenses. Should be fun 🤩
They get pricey to rent, I only have an M6 at the moment, I kind of just wanted to compare these two as they aren’t interchangeable lens systems. I’ve seen a few YT videos comparing the Q2Mono vs the M10Mono, pretty cool!
I too have been bit by the bug in wanting a Q…Q2…Q2 Mono. Alas, I just can’t bring myself to it. I’d go as a far to say, this is not even a camera you should save for. This is a camera that if you have the disposable income sitting in your account and buying one would deplete your savings by no more than 30%…go for it. So yeah, this regrettably remains a Unicorn for me. No doubt its a great camera to own and shoot with, but there ain’t no value in it compared to what else the market offers.
Im sitting here looking at 2 fuji bodies and 4 lenses realizing I could sell and fund a Leica. Ive been eyeing a q2 for awhile. The optics are undeniable.
I’m saving for one. Slow and steady lol. There’ll probably be a Q3 by the time I get there 😭. Financially it’s a LOT of money, but my photographer heart pulls me to it lol
What's your Everyday Carry? I'd love to hear what you all use, and why. Anyone with first hand experience with the Fuji X100 line or Leica Q line, what are your thoughts?
Went for a walk this morning, mate. Always have the V with me.
Leica iiif
Leica Q.
Leica Q-P and Sony RX100M7.
When I got some cash to burn, I'll be strongly considering the Q3
Had both but found myself reaching for and enjoying the X100V more. The portability, weight, screen, film simulations, conversion lenses, built in flash, make it a versatile sidekick. You can’t deny the sharpness/crispness of the Q2, it’s also sexy as hell!
This is one of the best comparison videos I’ve seen in a while. Just straight facts and images without the filler B roll. Kind of reminds me of my videos. I look forward to seeing what else you produce!
Thanks Kevin, I really appreciate it! I've got a few videos in the works and I'm heading over to your channel right now.
@@mezayrapetyan131 thanks 🙌🏻
Fuji colors not realistic? Try Astia film sim, very accurate colors. The biggest flaw of the Q2 is price, it's about $4,000 more than the X100V
@@jimmason8502 thank you for your opinion.
Thank you very much for such a great comparison review. The difference in sharpness of the photos are quite clear in favor of the Q2. You nailed the differences spot on!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi great video, so I owned the Q,
TL2, Cl, Fuji x100v, x100 (original )and the SL.
I've been considering upgrading to the X100V, but for now, the X100F will do.
used both, end up carrying a ricoh with me : - )
Nice, thanks for the comment, keep on shooting!
I started with the Ricoh GR3. But now shoot with a Q2 for digital and M6 for film. Although I’m currently eyeing the GR1 35mm camera.
@@andrewfoster2296 if I could simplify my kit I’d love to just have the M6 and Q2, maybe one day.
Great video. Not really an equal comparison at all, but, I'll take the Fuji all day long due to the cost. Anyone looking at either photo sample stand alone would be very happy with each.
I recently sold all of my Fujifilm gear except for my X100V and went Leica M and very happy with this combination. Great video...
Outstanding combo!
I’m very much tempted with the Ricoh. What is stoping me is the lack of the viewfinder and weather sealing
@@mahdiali6732 I thought the very same thing, until I tired it, the screen is very bright and it ends up being much faster to pull the camera from my shirt pocket and snap a shot. I cant speak to the weather sealing but I did put a LIFEGUARD protective film on it
Well, after I brushed off the GRiii in the video, I just picked up a used one and it's uncredible! Video coming soon to admit my mistake, haha.
@@AaronAnalog1 yeah its not perfect but a very purpose built camera
The Ricoh and the X100V are two different cameras. The X100V has a fantastic viewfinder and 4K. Plus a selection of wonderful 'filters.' The colors jump off the image. No contest.
probably I won't be popular with this opinion of mine but-
I'm using a Sigma fp now with the Sigma 35/2 Contemporary lens. it has better noise performance, more accurate colors than both the Fuji and Leica, better color profiles in-camera (the teal & orange one is really quite amazing for my taste), and still relatively compact. no viewfinder (there's one you can buy and attach now though), but actually I got used to not having one and it's quite liberating when composing. it works great on the street, for portraits, or in really low light. not for action and such of course, but none of these cameras were designed for that anyway. more expensive as a set than the Fujifilm, but much cheaper than the Leica.
Thanks, I appreciate it! Yeah the X100V makes more sense for an EDC, smaller and lighter 👍🏻
My buddy has that new 18mm 1.4, it is AMAZING!!!
BTW this is one of the best level-headed and down to earth review on the topic, so thank's very much and well done!
Thanks, I really appreciate it! Some people just seem flabbergasted that I’d dare to compare cameras that are not the same price 🙄
P.S. The Zeiss lens on either iteration of the RX1R is spectacular. Keeps up - if not outshines - the Summilux on the Leica Q.
Yes but the RX1R is such a boring camera to shoot with.
Outshining a Leica lens,…. Hmmm i dont think anybody can Tell
RX1R mark1, yes
RX1R Mark2, no
Same problem too much noise from iso 1600 at the mark 2, mark1 equivalent noise at ISO 6400,
I had both, and Btw Tha Macro mode on the lens is allowing you to shoot wide open at f2,
But there are other flaws with these cams...
A few months after making this video a friend showed me some 16x20 prints he make with his Sony RX1R and they are incredible! I personally just don't love that camera. I have a feeling Sony will introduce either a new APS-C all in one or another full frame all in on, at least I'd love see one from them.
You will see less noise with monochrome version! I love to see a comparison between Leica and Ricoh GR3 files!
Q2M is amazing, I chose it over he Q2 color. It’s what camera do you want to take out every day and shoot, and that’s the camera for you. For some it’s an iPhone, for others it’s a Leica, Fuji etc.
100%! Thanks for the comment ZZ
Colour and micro contrast are really nice on leica. But the 35mm perspective looks nicer imho. Nice review. I wished you discussed about evf IQ
Thanks so much, I appreciate the watch and the feedback! The EVFs are great on both but the Leica looks better. The first time I shot in B&W I couldn’t believe how amazing it looked in the Q2 viewfinder.
My carry everyday camera is a Fuji X-e3 with the 18mm f2.
Awesome setup! Using any film simulations or recipes these days?
@@AaronAnalog1 alway Velvia
Aaron, thanks for this video. My feelings exactly on all your points. I sold my x100f and miss it big time but the x100v I will purchase since it offers me more. I love the idea of owning a Q2 (never had or rented) but the price will stop me especially since I'd have to sell all my gear on still come up short. My photography is a hobby and not a money maker so the 100V and my XH-1 with a few lenses should do it for me for now! Thanks again
Thanks Kevin, I appreciate it! X100V and XH-1 is a great combo!
I took the pill. Bought a used one and sold all my Fujis. Now that I have a Q2, I also want a CL. So, don’t sell the CL because you would want 2 Leica’s in your street arsenal. The GR as main backup🙂.
After brushing off the GRiii, I actually just bought a used one and so far I love it!
Lol, it’s calling you in the wee hours of the night 🤣
I’m sort of thinking the same thing.
So Im good.
Sold off 90% of my collected cameras. Only have a Q2 and a Leica film MP with 3 lenses. Super happy 😊.
I’ll likely go the same route down the road.
Nice! I have a friend who has the GFX 50R with the 80mm and the images are absolutely incredible!
Very happy with the x100v which has the WLC almost permanently attached.
I might have to pick up the WLC, waaaaay cheaper than the Q2 👍🏻
@@mahdiali6732 the amount of noise with the Leica is definitely a little disappointing.
The Leica Q2 images looks amazing. Keep up the good work
Thanks, I appreciate it!
Currently shooting on an X-pro 2 after selling off my A7iii. Been thinking of getting the Q2 as well. Also have an X70 but that’s my travel cam.
Have you tried the new Fuji 18mm 1.4? That a 28mm equivalent and it's amazing.
I wish the Ricoh GR series had a viewfinder too. I had the Fuji X-70 for a bit but sold it because I NEED a viewfinder 😎
@@SilatShooter I tried that Sony too, I’m a sensor snob, APS-C is as small as I’ll go 🤓
MSP photos! Was walking around the stone arch bridge with my 100v last week.
Ha, that’s awesome! Get any photos you’re happy with?
Dont believe this
Hi, Bischof Fotografie,
Sorry, but I'm afraid I don't understand your comment.
Cheers!
@@williammiller673 good stuff 👏🏻
What Bischof F... Is trying to explain is his opinion that a image which has been taken on a colour sensor and converted to monochrome can't be better than the file from a monochrome sensor.
you can tell the more polished colour on the Leica Q2... but I weirdly dig the colour vibe on the Fujifilm, it doesn't bother me at all and I like the more muted colors, looks a bit more vintage. You add the price difference and that's really a great value camera to get.
Thanks Freddy, I agree, X100V is definitely the best value for a new camera since 2020 IMO.
Nice comparison. The Leica has more sharpness and pop.
Thanks!
Thanks for the great video! I'm currently shooting the X100V, and like it very much. I used the original X100 for FAR too long, but never really stopped loving that one for everyday stuff, and only repacked with the X100V when the original X100 started to act up, mechanically. (I have a full-frame Nikon kit for all my heavy lifting.)
I am SERIOUSLY tempted to pick up the Q2, particularly since Leica Spain (where I live) offers it at 12 months no interest. I'm on the fence, but leaning toward pulling the trigger...
It’s a big investment, if you have the opportunity to rent it at a decent price consider that, it’s such a big purchase. Or has it been enough just seeing it at the Leica store? 😃
Let me know if you pick one up!
After seeing the newly announced GFX50S ii kit for $1,000 less than the Q2, yeah I’d say the FUJI system is a great deal 👍🏻
Definitely more bang for the buck!
Thanks for the info!
If you printed the files on A3 size paper the difference would be negligible.
@@ghas4151 Absolutely true. We're talking about pixel peeping here though. Lol.
Wow, fascinating comparison, really enjoyed the video, thanks! I’ve enjoyed my X100s since it first came out, colors are extraordinary but B&W lacks the contrast I’m accustomed to with my film cameras (mostly my F3 and F6) when I shoot HP5.
Thanks for the comment, Tim! I wonder if there are any HP5 film simulation recipes out there for the Fuji.
Thanks Zach, I appreciate it!
Don’t see many Minnesota photography channels. Great video!
Thanks Nick, I appreciate it!
Both great camera's imho. Here still enjoying my X100 o.g. and Sony A7 with 35 & 50 Voigtlanders.
Awesome set up and proof 10 year old cameras get the job done!
A pragmatic review . That Leica is sure nice , but I don’t think it’s that much better than the Fuji for the price . However , I’d love to have one .
Thanks, I appreciate it! I do have to agree.
And after brushing off the Ricoh GRiii, I have a used one arriving in a day or two 👍🏻
More interesting if you compare the Q2 cropped 35mm at 30mp vs the X100V.
Yes I have a film CL. Probably going to sell it now that I have M6 and M3.
I’ve never used a Leica but I do love my X100V
Thanks! Great review and comparison. It's just what I was looking for.
Nice video and great shots, many thanks! Doubt I will ever spring for a Leica, although I am very fascinated w/ them. Have been a Fuji shooter since 2018 and currently have my X-Pro3 w/ me majority of the time. Have never shot the X100 line at all as I landed on a used X-E3 a couple years back instead that I usually pair w/ my f/2 lens…kinda the poor mans X100, haha.
good job on the review, man. I completely understand your GAS with the Leica ;-) I just went through the same thought process recently. Cheers!
Thanks Fred, I really appreciate it! Your Q2 video was one of many I watched before deciding to rent it!
@@AaronAnalog1 glad my video could help. I look forward to your next piece of content. Leica or not ;) Cheers!
PS: x100v only for 1.5 years now. Liberating.
PPS: those OG x100 photos were 🔥
Thanks so much, I appreciate your comment! I agree, keeping my X00F for sure!
Thanks, I appreciate it! I might re-buy the OG X100 some day, that non-Xtrans sensor was MAGIC.
Really nice comparison. Thank you. Did you apply the same colour profiles to both?
Thanks so much, I appreciate it! As stated in the video, I showed you all the RAW comparison. On a few images I slightly changed only shadow/highlights and then I made sure to do the exact same thing with the other cameras files. With the black and white, I was comparing JPG images straight from the camera, I used the standard monochrome options on both cameras.
Very, VERY persuasive review !
Thanks........ really helpful! P.S. the wide converter for the x100 is quite good, you should get one
I haven’t heard much about it but I might look into it, thanks!
I’m 100% in the same boat as you. Maybe one day! Thanks for checking out my channel!
That's a good comparison. I also made a comparison video. A lot of time was put into taking pictures, editing, and making videos. JPG was a meaningful comparison, but compared to RAW files there was not much difference. I enjoyed the video.😁👍🏻
Thank you so much, I appreciate it!
I’ve subscribed to your channel as well, thanks for including English subtitles!
Great honest and fair review!
Thanks, I appreciate it! That’s what I was striving for.
Naw
how do you feel about the lack of depth of field for blurring out the background on the Q3?
Thanks help me make up my mind and save some money. 79 years old doing my bucket list. Peace.
Love it! Thanks Charles.
I like the Fuji look.
Maybe the x-e4 with the 18mm f1.4 🤔
the review I needed.. thanks for the real talk...
Thanks Niikai!
We should do a film shoot video together some time. I'm terrible in front of the camera but willing to try it out.
As for my everyday carry, well you know that already. M6 and typically the Zeiss ZM Planar 50 f2 or my recently acquired Pentax LTM 43mm f1.9.
That sounds great! Let me know when you’d like to set something up.
Great video Aaron! Love it man, keep it up! 😁
Thanks, I appreciate it 🙌🏻
Thanks for the comparing photos !
SUPER HELPFUL COMPARISONS!!!
Thanks!
If money is not a problem yes go for the laica is an amazing camera and the results are just beautiful. But is it 4 times better ? I don’t think so at least in my opinion mostly when with couple of edits can get to the same point.
Thanks for the comment, Geogre! I agree, NOT worth 4 times more IMO.

@@AaronAnalog1 very interesting.. Let me know how you like the m240. Looking forward to that video.
Do the same vid with the M version!
They get pricey to rent, I only have an M6 at the moment, I kind of just wanted to compare these two as they aren’t interchangeable lens systems.
I’ve seen a few YT videos comparing the Q2Mono vs the M10Mono, pretty cool!
Sweet review, glad I visited
Thanks so much, I really appreciate it!
💯the experience. That is all I need.
Great point about it not being a camera you save for, just rely on disposable income, I’ll get there one day!
Im sitting here looking at 2 fuji bodies and 4 lenses realizing I could sell and fund a Leica. Ive been eyeing a q2 for awhile. The optics are undeniable.
Or buy the Q2 and keep one Fuji body with a lens or two 🤷🏻♂️
I’m saving for one. Slow and steady lol. There’ll probably be a Q3 by the time I get there 😭. Financially it’s a LOT of money, but my photographer heart pulls me to it lol
Used prices have come down a bit finally, I've seen a few for $4,300 - $4,500.
Great and honest video!
Thank you!
