@@JoelsterG4k I have the u8k and its superb for gaming if your pc can drive a 144hz 4k image. But it needed a few firmware updates to get there. For console users I think the u6k is still perfect though for those with the latest consoles the u7k is good. Only get the u8k if you are a pc user or just want the best possible picture for media playback.
This TV looks beautiful, I game on my LG Nano monitor so this is pure TV and RUclips/Netflix, right now I have the LG UJ6200, so this Hisense will be a huge improvement for me.
Hi Joel. So I’m in the market for a new tv next week. Was wondering if this is better U6k or the U8H? Will be using it mostly Netflix and youtube. Also I have 1 year old is the U8H too bright for toddler when watching Cocomelon show for kids? Answer would be greatly appreciated😊
My name is Vaughn I'm a big fan of your channel I just want to see if you can custom more about the sentence on a U6K TV what's the best calibrate to have better picture
Compa i need your advice i just bought a 65 in vizio mqx i love it its been greatbthe last 4 days ive been usuinh it but i also impulse bought this 75 is hisense u6k is it worth it to take it back? For a difference of 362$
I personally prefer Hisense over Vizio, Vizio tvs have always given me issues, that's why I stopped reviewing them, Hisense have never failed me and quality is great.
Excellent video. I can understand from your expressions of "amazing", what is a TV that is worth buying. Even though you didn't talk about CLOUDING 😢 , I'm more and more convinced by this gadget, but if I find a U7K good price, then I buy the 7, but this model 6 doesn't seem to disappoint.
@bigwigvideos I know. That's why I need the older style connections because I need to connect my PA equipment to the TV, and PA speakers don't have hdmi OR optical.
It does a good job, I didn't add that portion because I got a copyright warning and I had to remove that portion of the video but it does a good job. I will talk about it on my review.
I have the 6h from last year.. Definitely going to look at swapping for the 6k..but how does the 6k do with standard definition content? The 6h is horrible. Soooo much artifacts and it's pretty much unwatchable.
U need to get Hisense 2020 Hisense H9G, 2021 U8G, 2022 U7H. They are all --VA panels, all 1100- 1600 nit peak brightness. They are all like EXTREMELY premium. U better off go on like off market snatch one of those PAST hisense modles. They were Original TV Lottory, so CHEAP now. Hidden GEM . Ppl selling them due to they are moving, or they getting rid of smaller tv 55” for a 65-75”. Getting an used iPhone 12-Pro, 13 -pro, 14-pro….are significant BETTER than up coming iphone 15 (NOT pro). Screen n everyhing camera etc just better. All thoes panels will have pitch black ALMSOT NO blooming to just Pure Black. U better off getting that try it OUT, if u like it in the future u can upscale . Cuz with the price thoes panels here n there (i have seen some like…..Factory direct.come something like that in Canada in liquidation for SCRAP price) ppl HAVE NO idea how MUCh they OUT Perform like 90-95% of $2000 TVs out here right now at 2023. Unheard of. Kinda like when Tesla first came out first a few yrs. Ppl did NOT even know what they are. Lol. Hope this helps. I do NOT believe that U6H has capacity to be turned like U7H or U8H. U7H n U8H u can UP, the back light,(control total panel brightness, or peak brightness) yet dim front light ( controls dark colors or black) separately. So U6H does NOT have that capacity to separately turn the back/front panel. BECAUSE ULED/MINI LED…has 2 panels in 1 TV. It can be up n down both separately UNLIKE OLED. U6H is still good panel if u do NOT buy like huge size like 65”. Yeah check out thoes panels i mentioned, u will be shocked for their spects. I have 2 of them, spent $2400 later. I do NOT regret it . Lol.
Yeah i am telling….u ppl online are like :”yay I got great deal Sony X90K, Sony X80K , Samsung QN80B So cheap”. They HAVE NO idea….those TVS Blooming So Severly so bad. I hav seen all of it in BESTBUY. That Hisense 2020 H9G, 2021 U8G, 2022 U7H U8H are way better than those . Way way better ,,, they re like 3D visual.
Dialing the backlight level to 100 will start to burn your TV inside. It will slowly cook your backlights until one day, maybe less than a year the screen dies. Word of advice, If you want your TV to last longer, you gotta keep settings in the middle.
That's not the case with LCD/LED TVs, I've been using 100% backlight on my main TV for a year and it still looks bright. That usually happens to OLED panels.
What the hell are u talking about. I have HISENSE U8G 2021 Flagship , 65” paid $1400 USD(normally 1900). Has 1600nit peak brightness, 370 local dimming. Thats the same or 95% brightness as UP COMING U8K(on paper spect 1600nit peak) My tv is Fine 2 years later. Running solid. Yes the peak brightness will burn TV if u USE IT as computer screen browse internet all the back color is WHITE! But as tv it wont burn becaue any second any light bulp is like constantly up n dim with split of second. And TV has screen savers on --GOOGLE OS. So it puts random pictures to change screen automatically every …..seconds u set , as soon as u pause it. Most ppl will not use 100% brightnesss constantly. Just like we USE iphone,,,or laptop, do we have it on 100% bright ? No. But if u sit by coffee shop or by the window, or outdoor on patio its bright, yes d 100% is NOT even bright enough lol. 😮😊
he dosnt talk about screen burn in, he talks about leds burning up because they are getting to hot on 100%. Its a problem on almost all brighter Led models. You can be lucky and nothing happens. But having it sit at 100% will shorten the lifetime of the TV. Its like driving your car in the red RPM zone all the time. @@arabellarosalina4087 @JoelsterG4k

Yes Hisense TVs have become top contenders in the market.

Can't wait to see U7K and U8K and gaming features
Hopefully I get to review yhose models too.

@JoelsterG4K How would you describe the blackness level of this tv, compared to a OLED TV ?
I went with the 75". Going from a old Vizio that the pixels are going out on to this is a giant lep forward.
Thanks for the review! I’m looking to either buy this tv or the TCL QLED 65C645. Which do you recommend is better?

Hisense U6K or Samsung q60c? Or even Bravia 3 ? xd
Love the tv you did good job man!
Thank you, Im glad you enjoyed the video. 😃
I don't know on the US but the U6K here in Canada is LED not Miniled, the one with Miniled is the U68KM which is a little more expensive.
I would like to the upscaling of 480 and 720 content, if it is good
Can you try to jave a side by side comparison of Hisense U6K and the TCL C645? Thanks.
Hello Joel good to see you bro. UK6 looks official
Whats up Mike, yes this TV looks awesome. Hisense keeps on improving every year.
@@JoelsterG4k hey Joel I'm a QD OLED man now. I caught a great sale on the S95B 2022 model. Man the tv is supa awesome buddy.
Could you compare sdr and hdr on some games like demo souls, returnal, Horizon?
And you din't tell if VRR is available on it. Thanks.
When set pc sync to on it was obvious that local dimming was deactivated. How does it look when you only activate VRR? Same issue?
I have the Samsung 50-inch Q60C QLED TV and the picture looks clear sharp and beautiful for a edge lit tv.

Hello! Does this TV have a "audio out 3.5" to hook up external sound systems?
Thanks for any answer!
That's pretty rare to ever see. Most use HDMI out, optical out, or Bluetooth to connect to avr or soundbar
It probably does have a 3.5mm out but for headphones

IPS or VA ?
Hows motion when watching movies or shows or youtube??
Is good, there is some judder but it can be fixed with Smooth motion enhacement.

There are 120 dimming zones on the 55". 192 for the 65" and 256 on the 75"
