Man, i love him in Band of Brothers. I was so worried that he was too associate to Ross, that i'd think if he played a mean hateable character, he would've been terrible and absolutely miscast because he's too likeable and charming but dang he surprised the hell outta me playing a hateable role. HIs range is underrated

I don't know why Schwimmer never tried his hand at stand-up comedy. His facial expressions are priceless and, he's quick-witted.

Yeah David and Matthew are comedy geek if given the chances they would totally nailed it on stand up comedy. Matthew is drug addicted so he lack the discipline while David, actually all six of them are too rich to even bother trying it.
Absolutely. He is quick and hilarious.
Another stupid comment, what would even be the point? He makes much more doing what he does, hell he's made enough with friends much more than he could get out of stand up. Also his character and jokes were written for him, writing stand up comedy takes a hell of a lot of different talent.

Matthew Perry and Lisa Kudrow were probably the funniest friends, but David was the one who leaned most into the absurd physical comedy, particularly in the last few seasons. He's got a lot of comedic range.
For physical comedy I put him close to to David Hyde Pierce in Frasier, when I was younger I definitely overlooked it because Joey and chandler were the more apparent comedy from the guys, but the Ross reactions definitely make the scenes, he just adds to the jokes from the rest of the cast without upstaging them, and he is really good in Intelligence. It wasn't a great show but he made it bearable
When David said “im a fan of all your movies, and I mean all of them” had a little bit of Ross in it 😂

@@crashman2062 "playing himself" is still acting. Acting is more than just becoming someone else. It's being able to behave like a real person, accordingly with whatever imagined action is going on, ALL while a camera and 15 crew members stare at you. He is a talented actor.

David is just a superb actor. I watch the complete Friends series every year or two with the family.
David is my favourite. It used to be Chandler, but Ross has the best moments in the series. His acting is just on point and even cracks up the rest of the cast 😂😂😂
I love Ross when he has those funny moments on his own but I hate when he tries to be "funny" on other people's behalf or when he's being condescending so it's kinda half and half for me

It's crazy how the show Friends has like a whole new generation of fans. It is a show that is perfectly balanced.
@Mitch Ddhfacetyy I see teens with Friends shirts on, and I always run into Friends merch at stores, when there wasn't any until it became a huge hit again on Netflix. The reason I can watch this show over and over is because it is perfectly balanced, it has a little bit of everything. Silly, serious, witty, sarcastic, deep, relatable.
watching friends genuinely feels like you're hanging out with friends you know. You can repeat-watch it any number of times. It never feels like a "show"

My daughter was seven when Friends ended yet she is a massive fan. That is a sign of a show so good it transcends generations.
My niece wasn’t even born when Friends ended, she discovered it last year and is now a huge fan of the show and loves quoting it to me. It’s the strangest thing haha, great she loves it but weird to realise it must seem ancient to her!
I was 3 when it ended and I am here today🙋🏾♀️

Honestly, I don't think any of the cast members from the show care if people haven't seen it. It's one of the most popular shows of all time and they're all millionaires and super famous. It's probably nice to meet someone and not have them be like, "OMG! You're Ross! Say 'pivot!'"
