I think David leans introverted/serious, and low key. When he has a script, he is magical. I think his shy personality makes him human. He seems like a sweet guy.

Oof... this was a rough one to sit through and I'm not even sure who's at fault here. It's clear from the first moment they're on totally different energy levels, yet neither one does any real attempt to get in synch with the other. To thine own self be true, I suppose... But the end result is 10 minutes of awkwardness that isn't flattering for both.

Seems like David is really struggling to understand Jonathan with his accent and speech issue.

David in real life aint much different than his character Ross, the same seriousness. No surprise that he and Jonathan are in different energy levels. Jonathan is messing with him all the time and David doesnt play with him, so unlike Harrison Ford.

Two different personalities. I think David gets nervous without a script. He seems very shy in real life. There was another video here on youtube that I saw, and his voice was shaking a bit. It's kind of endearing in a way. Wouldn't be surprised if he has social anxiety.

Guests shouldn't have to adapt to their hosts to "match up with their energy levels". I mean he came as himself and not as an actor, plus, I think he was being normal

@@mariec7092 Yes, Jonathon Ross is not to everyones taste. Ive seen a few very awkward interviews with various guests.
He can be a little ambly,
guffaw-ish, and clowny, but his self-deprecation is what saves him most times.

    American
    English
    Different sense of humour ,
He could get out there fast enough 😂 in the original broadcast, which I remember watching
Lots of new friends content now showing up everywhere in the usual on line contrived fake way because someone has died. Always makes me sceptically sad.

A death does bring renewed attention to a person and their body of work, stop being so cynical and reminisce, or not.
