Dentist opinion: True value (longevity) of an implant lies in proper placement, soft tissue management and crown design. Buy your cheap titanium wherever you want, but medical expertise is not and should not be cheap.

Sounds like people need to buy the implant materials at cost and then use RUclips to learn how to manufacture their own implant and then get their friend or wife to learn how to implant them from RUclips as well 😂
