Our helper is 40+ indonesian. She always like to use our items to make chilli paste for herself like big and small cilli (both red n green), tomatoes, chilli paste, etc. I like to find out is this the correct way for her to do this?
I realise helpers from other South East Asian countries that I have encountered love to eat chilli with the food. Probably it's part of their food culture. It's like cannot go without chilli. It also depends how comfortable you are. What's your concern? As for me, I enjoy my helper's chilli recipe and I will buy to ask her to make for me :)

最担心手脚不干净。我小孩从不让女佣带，他们只负责做饭和清洁。别请太年轻的女佣，没心思上班。

@ 不是信不过女佣，是小孩的责任毕竟最终是我们父母的，小孩万一出事我不想怪东怪西怪女佣的。
女佣做久了，慢慢就融入新加坡人了，有些还穿到这里露那里露，染金发还每天看tiktok😂。
