Dr. Kingori kindly add for us the first part you normally make fun of the current issues happening around the country as you did in the wicked editions
I really respect Morris. I don't think I'll trust anyone else with my next project. He seems really knowledgeable and honest. My entire family is in real estate development, I have to tell them about him.
I remember when I was building, the foundation cost almost as much as all the apartments. I used to get really frustrated, seeing no progress while sending money every few weeks. Now I understand the importance of a good foundation.
In your next discussion ( that focuses on Architecture and Engineering ), employ the use of PowerPoint presentation/ pictures to reinforce your points -atleast to take care of other viewers who might not be conversant with technical details. Otherwise this is a good discussion, thumbs up 👍🏿
Dr Kingori we as Africans had our own architecture design before Chuma and kokoto . Please get to interview on eco friendly housing with raw materials such as mud. Its being done a lot in India and they are very beautiful long lasting housing
Facts about Nakuru soils; - Volcanic Rock is porous and therefore lower load capacity - Fissures created when Menengai erupted 6050 BCE - Menengai Crater is actually a caldera ( that is a collapsed volcano) - Constant seismic activity and tectonic African plates are being pulled apart a,not the Rift Valley Most developed economies including South Africa, have adopted IRC and IBC building codes. Most buildings in Kenya are not compliant, fact!

Hello everyone
In California ground started sinking.
The Eng seemed to be struggling with expressing himself…the architect made the interview more awkward everytime he pulled his phone to text🤦🏽♀️
