I also asked about this, I mean I could've easily just opened the parcel on the till to do that, but they had no idea about returns from the online department at all.

Dont pay top dollar for old movies that were in the dollar bin back in the day of dvd rental.its just put in a prettier box,4k 8k 16k what ever. cant make a bad movie good.
