    My kids are older now but one thing I would do differently would be to start handing them to other people as much as possible when they were infants/babies. You can still honor the attachment bond by taking them back when they start to cry or show distress. Same for toddlers and older children. They will learn to feel safe with others if they know that they will be returned to you when they need you. This is a really useful strategy if you are someone who wants to work a lot or needs a lot of alone time for any reason!

    This is amazing!!! I love listening to this talk. I find this inspiring which is why I started my youtube channel on Montessori exercises at home in the hopes of inspiring people in my area. I hope this channel reaches out to other people so they will be able to learn and understand more about Montessori Education. :)

    tantrums, breakdowns...I would just sit there with them and take as much time as needed for them to regain regulation. No talking needed.
