How the tension gauge of the transmission or distribution belts works

In this video I show how the tension gauge is worked in the toothed belts (timing belt) used both for transmission on motorcycles, and in the distribution on cars and motorcycles.
The work is very simple and the device helps us to adjust these belts to the proper tension that marks us the manufacturer for the proper functioning and durability of this toothed belts.

Buen día, en el manual de Harley menciona que la tensión de correa debe ser 10 libras, equivalen a 4.5 kg.
Veo en el vídeo se le aplican 45 kg., O no comprendo bien.
