i removed my backseats in my truck all together. and then built myself a platform, carpeted it, and then i did the same thing with the memory foam, i cut it to length. removing the rear seats gives you so much more space.
I think if I would go hotshoting I would take out my rear seat out and build me a custom platform/bed to sleep more comfortable. I’ve slept on the back seat and it’s not comfy at all
Get a dash camera mount to put your camera on when driving. Very dangerous to be distracted holding on to camera imagine something happen and you need to react quickly with evasive maneuver
Hey I really do miss them plowing videos like dam wish u didn’t have to give it up I wish u the best of luck I’ll still be on your channel I love the vide u give off man keep pushing
You need to put the parking brake on the Truck and the Trailer (there are few ways to do this on the trailer) when loading and unloading vehicles, even chucking the tires is better than this, or you are going to snap off the parking gear in your transmission. Also you need to be on level ground when driving off the ramps in the back, that was not a great way to do that unload at all. The stories I could tell you about what happens........ Wish I could be there to help you out.
First off, Happy Birthday!! You really should have at least gotten a sheet of 3/4" plywood and a couple of 2x4s for legs and made your bed as wide as you could. Lots of Hot Shot guys HAVE removed their rear seats completely but its NOT super nessessary.
oh man, not seeing wheel stoppers behind those tires on that hill, just made me feel uneazy. seeing the whole truck and trailer move when he was braking..... Even those ply woods on that trailer behind those tires coulda work 🙃. mb chant got that premium insurance.
I don't mean to be picking at you, Chant. I have seen too many trucks and trailers head down the hill when the load is transferred to the back of a trailer like that. Take care.
I work in telecom 100% traveling. Sometimes go out for 3 weeks. The least I’m out is 1 week. Always gone. We got used to it. Global travel is 2-3 months
just tie back of the load further to the back of the trailer its more secured your front was chained right dont pull that way go opposite way to end of trailer brother!!! love your videos not trying to be a back seat driver just giving some info
I would have never cut that, get yourself some 2x twos and build yourself a bed frame. You will probably have to remove the back seat but believe me you will be more comfortable just saying
Chant….At some point, please give a business update. Is this venture actually making you money yet? If not, what is the forecast for when? We love the grind. Super concerned the effort vs reward will not be worth it. Stay safe out there……

I know your in a rush to get to your next load but if u wrap up your straps each time after you complete your task you won’t run into a mess like that

No weigh station inspection yet 😂
You probably should have chocked the trailer before you unloaded.

Man you gotta learn how to strap buddy. You need to watch someone experience. Because trks should be the easiest anf those straps are a hot mess.
You need to learn proper spelling
Why do you fuel at truckstops you can save alot of money by not.
Often times non truck stop fuel stations are not made for long trailers. It’s convenient to use trucks stops but also pay for that convenience yup yup
How are you dealing with the guilt of being away from your family so much? I just couldn't do it. Take care.
It’s not guilt providing and taking care of one’s family. Gotta do what you gotta do.
I get that, just hard to be away from family for so long. @@CSmith-wn7vj
