Very nice, when i first was gathering saws last year about this time after gaining interest in saws, the 040 was one of my first targets ended up with like 5 to play with.
@@sawsonthefarm last year i just got saws and different tools then this year i was pretty busy working on other things so i am saving it for the winter to "Try" to work on them
She’s a ripper, would be nice to see it in some wood with a longer bar. Curious to know if you would ever put a bar longer than what the manufacturer recommends? Thanks for sharing Stay safe
I could put my 32" bar on it with a skip chain and try it. The chain couldn't be to aggressive though it would just kill it! And of course the wood matters too... smaller diameter soft wood I don't think would slow it down much! Some big ash or hard maple might be too much for it!
Nice chainsaw video. It's very powerful. I noticed that you made lots of video about chainsaws and I'm wondering whether you are up for a collaboration to talk something about chainsaw maintenance. Hipa supplies parts for small engines including chainsaws and maybe we would work together to make a chainsaw maintenance video to help more people in the community especially the novice chainsaw users.

Thanks! That's cool! Were you able to get them all goin? I think I have another in parts still in the crate!

From what I coukd see. Coukdn̈t hear much thanks verizon. It is ago getter. One I woikd ne proud of
I think with some more tuning and a less aggressive chain it would really sing! I was a bit rushed to run the saw as I was losing daylight fast!
