Ignition cut duration is the time from when engine hits the rev limiter and cuts the spark so the rpm falls back into a “safe zone” and gives it spark again. I always set mine to lowest so the rpm’s aren’t sweeping on the trans brake
Thanks, that might explain my cars reacting so inconsistently, .010 one pass, .100 the next sort of thing, maybe it's down to what point in the cut out I'm launching
Viper do you think uou could do a video on Data logging and how to read it, what to change when your log looks like a jumbled mess and dont know where to startor how to fine tune a log when you make a clean hit
Possibly, it really depends if there's any more coming improvements to the game. I've been finding it difficult to remain enthusiastic about playing it lately, let alone doing anything that may be considered 'promotion' of an unfinished mostly abandoned product.
Most of the cars and bikes sounds are getting better, at least of the players cars, I think the netcode still interferes with what you hear from other players, they often sound like they're max rpm or nothing.
Hello I'm looking for a drag racing simulator that will allow me to test my reaction times against a tree that will run through all the yellows before green like in street car drag racing. Also you said in this video that this game will accept some wheels. Is there a list somewhere that shows which ones? Also will this game accept pedals? Thanks man!
Hi, the tree in Bounty is somewhat customizable so you are able to test or race on .400 & .500 Pro or Sportsman trees. I use a logitech G29 and it works fine, pedals included. I'm not aware of a list anywhere, there is a Discord channel for bug reporting and a somewhat active community. I've read some Moza owners were having issues, not sure if it was resolved or not, I don't know about any other types.
@@YeahImAnthony I was able to get my simcube2 wheel and Heusinkveld pedals to work but I bought this for the sole purpose of practicing my launch and reaction times in the sportsman class. I haven't been able to make that work at all.
heya shifty how are you mate i dig ur work but can you pls help or if you have a vid on how i apply lettering i cant work out how to do the otherside without it being back to front etc thankyou.
@@XGN_Archangel1 Try loading the game with your controller disconnected or turned off, once its loaded reconnect or turn it on. If my controller is on before I load the game, my throttle sticks, might be the issue with your brakes. The only other thing I can think of is inverting that axis in the controller settings in case things got flipped.
Thankfully the Pro Mods have been updated already since this video, so all the power adders perform just about identical to the each other now, including the nitrous engines.
@@camshaflober3691 Yup, a little performance adjusting and some bug fixes. Pro Mods are a little lighter and quicker now, and the weather system and traction now varies by track.
@@bfromthed Nice. Great to see you still at this horrible addiction 😁 No I don't use facebook. The game is coming around nicely, the best part is that the community seems to be growing to where there's plenty of good racing and events just about every night now. If you haven't tried it yet, I would recommend it. If you do, check out the discord, I guess you could say it's this games 'nitrosim' There's a link to it on the main menu of the game.
Ok, the saving process is slightly buggy in a couple areas. If its your first tune (ever), save it under two different file names maybe, like test1 and test2 for example. You should able to load any tune you save after that point. When saving tunes, every setup needs a new name, overwriting does not work. When you load a tune, make sure to click 'Apply' near the top left. To avoid future frustrations like this, should you paint a car, every cars first paint needs to be saved twice (under different name) to avoid losing it, and you may occasionally have to back in and out of the garage clicking the select button to make sure its not reverted to full white after updating paints (they do overwrite after the cars first paint). Good luck, let me know how you make out.
Your RUclips is the reason I found this game now I see my car in the video 👀
Thanks for being a part of this, sorry, I kept the name tags off the whole time, which car were your driving?

Congrats 😁 It has come a long way.

Your suspension settings helped me tremendously! Love this game
Glad to hear that
i want to thank i use your setup to start and fine tune for my car
Your welcome, it can be great fun but tough without a starting point.

I've been watching this game with interest. I just wish they could get the sounds right.

whats the music used at like 3:40 if i may ask, sounds quite cool
Its an instrumental version of a song called No Turning Back by NEFFEX. It's from the free to use RUclips audio library.

You just need to select “flip mirror”
Anyone know how to get a faster 60 foot?
Once I have everything working as it should it the car, I'll usually move the weight around and adjust the final gear ratio to suit the conditions.
Set the car where it launches identical for about 5 passes , then it’s about wheelie bar height, shock setting and TRANSMISSION.
Thx bruh

my cars front brakes are locked up, is it a glitch or is it something I can fix in the settings?
