    Whats the point of doing it on plates on an elevated surface instead of doing them on the floor? Nice form btw 👍

      By doing them on an elevated surface I prevent the weighted vest from touching the floor, enabling me to use a full range of motion and get a bigger stretch on the pecs, shoulders and triceps.

    These are brutal, slow on the down and power up coming up on the top, those are killer for chest.
