    Good morning Tatyana! 🌞
I am soooo into sweets...LOL....and this cake looks HEAVENLY!!
This Banoffee Cake is definitely going to be a showstopper for me.
Seeing that there's bananas in this one I consider it 'healthy'....😏😏
I'll have to look it up in my book, "THE EUROPEAN CAKE COOKBOOK", to get my ingredients.
If I remember correctly this recipe is a little bit different from your book recipe.
I definitely want to make it, it looks waaaay too delicious not to.
As I've stated before, your recipes NEVER disappoint!
My friends always give a thumbs up whenever I bake/cook from your books.
I have used your 5 ingredient buttercream cream cheese frosting and it always comes out wonderful.
I went along with your suggestions on changing it up.
I have made it using fruit preserves, caramel and cocoa powder for a chocolate version.
It depends on what cake or cupcakes I'm baking that I add to your frosting.
Thank you Tatyana for another great video.
Wishing you and Anatoliy a fun-filled weekend! 🌸

Good Morning, Dalila!! Thank you so much! I had so much fun making this one! Even my husband loved it and ate a whole slice and he usually doesn't like desserts! The recipe I have in my book is slightly different but I actually prefer this one with the cream cheese frosting. Hope you enjoy this recipe, too! I'm so glad to hear that your friends are enjoying the recipes! Makes me so happy to hear that! Writing the book was no easy task and it makes my day to hear that you're enjoying the recipes!
