No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies - Josh
Ingredients
* 3 Tbsp butter
* ½ cup white sugar
* 1 Tbsp honey
* ½ cup chocolate chips
* ¼ tsp salt
* 2 Tbsp milk
* 1 cup oats
1) Soften butter in the microwave then whisk it together with sugar until a creamy mixture forms. Add in peanut butter, milk, honey, and salt and stir until combined.
2) Finely chop your oats with a knife until no large pieces remain. You can also do this in a food processor or coffee grinder and it will be much easier!
3) Mash together chopped oats and wet ingredients until a sticky dough forms. Roll the dough into balls then flatten into discs, set on a baking dish, and allow to set up in the fridge for at least half an hour.

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Mug Cake - Nicole
Ingredients
* 3 tablespoons flour
* 2 ½ tablespoons sugar
* 2-3 tablespoons milk
* 2 tablespoons peanut butter
* 1 tablespoon oil
* ¼ teaspoon baking powder
* 1 pinch salt
* Handful chocolate chips
* 1 egg yolk (optional)
1) Add all of your ingredients to a mug.
2) Stir until all ingredients are combined.
3) Bake in microwave for about a minute and a half.
4) Let it rest so it doesn’t burn your mouth.
5) Top with melted PB, your favorite jam and more chocolate chips.

Cinnamon Toast Buttercream Cake - Trevor
Step 1:
* Ingredients
* ½ cup butter
* ½ cup brown sugar
* ½ cup sugar
* 1tbsp cinnamon
1) Melt butter and mix in sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon - save for later
Step 2:
* Whatever bread your heart desires
* 1 cup butter
* 3 cups powdered sugar
* Milk (if needed)
* Vanilla to taste
1) Take softened butter and paddle by hand with silicone spatula until soft
2) Add 3 cups powdered sugar and mix together until soft
3) Add milk if needed to loosen
4) Add vanilla to taste
5) Mix in a small amount (about a tbsp) of cinnamon schmear
6) Toast bread in toaster or in oven on broil
7) Spread cinnamon schmear on each slice of bread
8) Layer buttercream between slices of bread
Step 3:
* 4tbsp butter
* 2 cups powdered sugar
* 3 tbsp milk
* 1 ½ tsp vanilla
1) Melt butter
2) Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla
3) Mix with whisk until smooth
4) Pour over cake!

Ice Cream-less Milkshake - Josh
Ingredients
* 12 ounces milk or milk-like substitute
* 2 Tbsp sugar
* 1 banana, cut up and frozen for at least three hours
* 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1) Add all ingredients to a blender and then blend on high until combined.
2) Dip cookies in the milkshake.

FYI, those Haribo gummy bears use maltitol not erythritol. Maltitol will mess you up. Erythritol won't have the same effect, thankfully, lol. It does have a cooling effect for a lot of people, though. Great for minty desserts.

Both are sugar alcohols which many people find hard to digest
Yeah erythritol is a lot gentler on the digestive system than maltitol and even xylitol because it breaks down before it gets to your colon. I'm sure too much isn't good for you, but is anything?
In my experience, all of the sugar alcohols have at least some laxative effect. I can't tell you which one is worse, just that I've never had anything with sugar alcohols not cause some liquidity.
I think it may depend on the sensitivity of your digestive system, though.
Agreed. Sugar alcohols may or may not be tolerated, depending on the individual. Erythritol tends to be more widely tolerated, as evidenced by it's popularity by those on a ketogenic diet.
I have an intolerance to real sugar and most sweeteners. I've been through the list of alternatives and have definitely experienced the range of effects as I've lost tolerance to everything.
Mostly, I'd say anything "sugar-free" just try with some caution to gauge your body's reaction to it before digging in.

As a straight man... I'm still in love with Trevor. Maybe it's quarantine, maybe it's the chaotic energy, but I honestly live for Trevor's chaos and for Nicole's... Neutral energy? I never thought I'd say this but Josh is no longer my favorite of the three
For me I appreciate the dynamic, trevor is too chaotic for me, Josh a little too silly and nicole just a little too quiet/neutral, but when thier powers combine no one is too much and you must sit back and watch momma Nicole keep them boys from spiraling fully out of control.

I love cinnamon sugar on toast! A friend introduced to me when I was a kid! I also love desserts and peanut butter and been making a few different desserts lately! I always have banana in freezer and blueberries, I always do banana and blueberry smoothie and it’s always thick and I don’t use icecream! I also love experimenting as I turn normal recipes allergy friendly! So enjoying this! 😁🤩

Lol, that's actually how the sugar comes. I used to buy that same thing of sugar.
It's finely processed sugar. It's not quite powdered (confectioners) sugar, but the granules are smaller than basic sugar so it mixes better. Also it tastes better than powdered sugar for some reason...?

I make mug cake with store bought cookies and milk you just kinda crush up the cookies to a fine-ish powder then add little bit of milk too it mix then put in the microwave for a min and boom is it good no do I regret all my life chooses yes.
