Why does their need to be two cuts for each Vas and would tying off the vas at the end closest to the testicle prior to cutting the vas decrease the possibility of experiencing a sperm granuloma(can’t remember if this is the correct term but heard it can happen from sperm leaking into the scrotum after the incision occurs)? What keeps the testicles alive after this procedure? I’m assuming that a vasectomy does not involve severing any neurological path of communication that the brain might have previously shared with the testicles, vas, defrens, laydigs, epididimis, etc.?
