Hi Jessie, I'm so glad you liked this one! I know if the sciatica is of certain types, pilates will make the pain worse, so always stop if you are uncomfortable. I know you have done a lot of workouts on my channel, though, so I imagine you know that by now! For the pain, as long as your doctor says it is ok and you stop if you are uncomfortable, I think most gentle stretching videos would be good, like this: ruclips.net/video/ERIf5g1xzgM/видео.html 💛

When the pandemic hit I was determined to find a mat class to continue on my Pilates journey and thankfully I found you!
